，白人。值得注意的是这次活动亚裔团体里好像少了上次看到的不少南亚人。上次照片
里看到他们，他们还写文章说他们深肤色所以同情黑人。

好消息，刚才看到有人已经举例纽约警察2004年跟梁警官最相似的意外走火打死人案，
警察被大陪审团免于起诉。那个白人警察在政府房的房顶上巡逻，跟梁警官一样拿着枪
，手指放在扳机上，当他正打开通往楼井的门时，一个人突然推门而入，他吓一跳而走
火打死此人。大陪审团认为这是一个意外而免于起诉。
梁警官的枪击更意外，是从墙上弹射过去打死格里的。两个案子比较可见，梁警官完全
是被当了黑白冲突的替罪羊，因为政治原因被起诉的。如果那个警察都无罪，为什么梁
警官要有罪？这是最好的case law，梁警官可以据此辩护。

己的解释是枪自己走火了。如果梁说由于big noise向黑暗处开了一枪，才和这个相似
。关键是有目击
证人。另外，梁自己开枪后第一反应是，我要被开除了，说明他知道无法justify开枪。
这个案子很明显梁无法说服陪审团是startled by big noise。

律师应该攻击NYPD: 新人，lack of training for the high-risk assignment, liang
was startled and accidently fired shots, no intent to kill or injure victim
, bullets deflected off wall and hit victim, nobody knew victim was shot at
time things happened, victim ran down several floors and collapsed, Liang
was scared upon realizing what happened.
It's duty-related workplace accident, a tragedy, not a crime. |

梁要是看到人也没这么多事儿了，这正是他最倒霉也是最难以被陪审团原谅的原因，也
正是这个案子和其他警察开枪案子的区别，其它案子都可以argue，想死者作案了，手
伸裤兜啊，都能claim警察生命危险，连最相似的2004年房顶走火案子（https://en.
wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_of_Timothy_Stansbury），警察称“he was startled
as Stansbury pushed open the rooftop door”，找各好律师还能全身而退。梁的案
子坏就坏子太简单了。 |

就跟恐怖片一样，有的见到鬼，有的没有见到鬼，但是都可以造成压力。
反应也可以不一样。有的直接木掉，有的会开枪， 有的还会晕，结合上下文都可能。

你看2004年案子的报道，一是警察和死者face了，二是陪审团裁定的原则是看'gross
deviation'' from what would be expected from a normal person in that
situation.就像你开车在小区里撞死人不一定近监狱如果你的表现是expected as
normal person，但是要是有人作证看见你当时超速了，或stop sign没停，就悬了。
这个2004年案子的放在现在都不一定无罪了。
