cereal和gerber stage 1的所有泥了，都吃得很好。我想请教三个问题：
1. 辅食应该吃多大的量？我知道每个宝宝都不一样，但还是希望知道个大概的量。目
前我家宝宝白天吃四顿奶，每顿奶吃完了都给点蔬菜或水果泥，大概0.5oz吧，就是
gerber stage 1的那一小盒一天吃完。另外在早(7am), 中（11am），晚（6pm）三顿奶
后也会吃rice cereal大概5 teaspoon。这些辅食并没有影响宝宝吃奶的量，还是在30-
33oz左右一天。我是不是应该多给点辅食？
2. stage 1吃完了是不是应该上stage 2了？还是说应该等到一定年龄了才能上stage 2
？肉，酸奶，蛋黄应该什么时候加呢？
3. 我想开始自己做辅食了，美妈们能不能推荐个blender什么的？要有宝宝食谱那就更
好了。

，晚 (stage 3)，末(stage 4 terminal)。只要不是末期（因为比较好预测，愈后一般
不会好），其他期的，全要看统计数据。个体来说，差异很大。但对于非末期，年龄不
是很大的, 手术加放化疗是最好的治疗。中医完全无用。对于末期，正常生活不影响的
话，该干吗干吗，然后就是控制症状，最后就是临终关怀(hospice)，治疗基本上是没
用的，中医当然更帮不上忙。我认为，可以在治和不治间选。但千万不要在中医和西医

昨天不仅钓况艰难，而且对于没有找准现在这种低水位ice out小嘴的方位耿耿于怀。
今天和钓友再赴河上，为了换标点方便，我们用了大船。

船。据同河上钓鱼的老美聊天，这几天河上钓况普遍不佳，小鱼有，大鱼不见。
一早8点半第一个到河边，第一个ramp竟然水浅到放不下船去。转道另一条河的深水
ramp，放下去，来到第一个传统标点，毕竟是community hole，已经全是船了。水清水
流急，我们都不喜欢这样的标点。上来抽jerkbait，Strike King的田纳西鲱鱼，抽了
半小时，一口，拉了一半，跑了...这个钓点钓了一会儿，船越来越多，于是转战下游

，结果第四发的时候不知道是不是自己扣扳机太快所以trigger没来得完全reset，居然
没有击发。子弹是上了膛的，所以不是FTF。
最后名次是21名。也是第一次掉出了most accurate的前15名。

， 特别第四个stage的时候，没计算好，本来应该在板子后面先换弹匣再继续的，结果

发帖数: 1018 | 24 一个月前从楼梯上左脚滑了一跤，接着打了一场球后，左脚跟有些疼，没太在意，以为
慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下，应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon；期间还是一直在练球，休息
不够，变成像网球肘一样的毛病了。悲惨啊，接下来打球不能跑不能跳了。。。

期诊断非常重要. 比如乳腺癌的治愈率高其实大部分应该归功于早期诊断. 而胰腺癌早
期诊断很难, 五年死亡率非常高.
在临床肿瘤学的研究中, 有一条非常重要的, 叫做stage-adjusted. 就是说, 比较的时
候一定要把诊断肿瘤的stage算进去, 不同stage的不能直接比较. 比如上面的五年生存
率, 如果都是在stage I发现, 那肯定高; 如果都是在stage III发现, 生存率就低很多.

it's not cancer? What if it's already stage IIIB to stage IV? No need to do
surgery for stage IIIB to stage IV lung cancer. And no MRI of brain? No Pet
scan?
What are they doing? Cannot believe that the doctors in China are like this.

思路还是只能做到2-stage、3-stage，但是后者因为同时可以实现VVL，在性能方面的
收益更明显。到99年末Toyota和Porsche是大约同时推出了把进气门连续cam-phasing和
2-stage VVL（切换凸轮）都用上了的引擎，Toyota就是1.8L VVTL-i（2ZZ-GE），
Porsche是996 Turbo的VarioCam Plus。其实这个都是拿已有的技术结合起来，算不得
什么了不起的创新。作为高性能引擎，最后还是得看指标的，2ZZ-GE作为高转NA I4，
无论可比的性能指标，还是影响力，都和同时代出现的F20C没法比，尽管后者的VTEC还
是只有凸轮切换技术……
如果说sophisticated，跟后来的BMW引擎的可变气门机制没法比吧，Toyota VVTL-i和
Porsche VarioCam Plus都是只有进气门连续cam-phasing和2-stage VVL，BMW是进、排
