了家属。此后
一年中每个月大概有270个eb3 到 eb2，一年大概有3200，加上大概1000个大潮里的后
结婚的，目前
总共最多有大概39000个待处理。这次spill over大概有22000，加上中国还剩下的几百
自己的名
额，处理完后，不分中印，还有大概<17000待处理。明年各自有2800，又消耗掉5600，
就还剩下
<12000。也就是说，明年只要还有12000左右的spill over，就可以消耗掉所有的07大
潮。
去年有family等的20000 spill over,今年意外地有了eb1的12000spill over加上其他的
10000spill over. 根据这几年的就业状况，明年不应该有很多的新row绿卡申请。就算
今年就业普
遍好转，也要一到两年才能够体现到绿卡申请。所以，有理由期待明年还会有一定数量
的spill
over.
结论：排期在2007年8月后的大概可以期待明年7，8月份交485。 |

the other thing is that Spillover rule was not clear before 2007. They never
strictly allocated all the spill over numbers to EB2. Previously even
Indian EB3 could get spill over.
now it's a different game. they have to accumulate some cases for the summer
spill over. otherwise they will not be able to allocate all the spillover

R0W阵营里，一直current, 所有 ROW 阵营里的国家突破2800 都不算占了spill over
的名额，ROW里面的这些国家之所以能留在ROW阵营里，因为他们的家庭名额没有接近或
达到7% of 220K， 南韩符合这个条件。新出的6月排期，DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 被赶出
ROW,因为它的家庭名额达到7% of 220K。
同理，China,INDIA，MEXICO，PHILIPPINES四个一直以来都是家庭名额接近或达到7%
of 220K，这样就是在ROW之外。去年情况有些特殊，China,INDIA，PHILIPPINES都没有
达到7% of 220K，今年也有这种趋势，所以这些国家预计今年都开始享受家庭spill
over 待遇。
总之，去年我们仅多出的246确是来自 ROW + MEXICO + PHILIPPINES （EB1+EB2+ EN4 +EB5
) spillover，南韩不是， 它就是ROW内部的。

处理5，700，
也就是明年还有33，100的demand。
去年9月份的时候inventory是6，7000。也即是说这一年处理了34000。按照这个速度，
明年如果
spill over和今年类似，肯定8-9月可以处理掉07年大潮。提前半年开禁485，也就是明
年2-3月吧。
当然，那个时候spill over的数量还不确定，uscis可能无法下决心，不过，明年6，7

last month. Nobody believed this number at that time.

影响也不应该是laser有影响，而是不同颜色之间的spill over。但是apc是很好的，跟
fitc、pe、pe-cy7都几乎不存在spill over，几乎不用做compensation。我觉得apc跟
pe-cy5的spill over应该也很小，大概可以忽略不计。 |
