I went there, almost as good as Bonchon in Allston, and better than Bonchon
Harvard. Try both the spicy and non-spicy versions and see which one you
like. The chicken is different fr normal fried chicken because it's double-
fried so it's super crunchy, and it has sauce built in. |

我以前在成都呆过超过一年，麻婆的麻辣味道是很正中的，和成都那里的基本没有办法
区别，其次在美国也去了很多地方，北virginia那里的中餐很多，NY，法拉盛，LA的也
去过，南边的altanta，SF那里也去过，但是我认为川菜来说麻婆是最top的
我愿意当初从NJ搬来naperville，几乎有50%的原因是因为这里有个非常好的麻婆
所以我认为大家要珍惜，有个朋友老婆是成都的，过来吃麻婆，连说好吃，特别是麻辣
猪蹄，麻婆鱼豆腐那个麻辣味道做的特别地道
再来说个笑话，一次，和同事去麻婆，同事问mapo什么意思，我说“spicy grandma”
的意思，后来那个前面有人提到的那个中年妇女过来了，我们同事里面小声更我说”I
believe she is spicy grandma“，呵呵
那个服务员虽然成天绊着脸，但是人很好。我们家小的调皮，吃饭一直动，服务员就说
”啊呀，你则么这么调皮，你妈都不好好吃饭“
所以我给mapo打10分，没有缺点，挺想见一下厨师，烧的这么好的四川菜 |

drink as much as you want once you buy one... very nice deal... free water
is fine too...
I would suggest you try their flat bread, it's more like a flat bread pizza,
my favorite...
pay attention to the spicy level you pick if you don't like too spicy food
and you could have multiple levels for one order of several wings...
the most important part... don't go alone...

每次去餐馆（韩国餐馆，中国餐馆，美国餐馆），那些非洲裔和拉美裔服务员服务最热
情，相比之下韩国裔和中国裔服务员态度冷淡。
有一次在一个美国餐馆，我点了一个菜，但非洲裔服务员送错了菜，其实差别也不大，
就是spicy和non-spicy的小区别，我说“没关系，我也能吃。”但服务员立刻把菜收回
，说“我们的政策是一定要让客人100%满意”，然后他当着我的面把菜倒进trash，几
分钟后把正确的菜送过来。
相反，在一个本地小有名气的中国餐馆，我有一次非常不愉快的经历。一个中国裔服务
员把我点的菜错送给了几个桌子之外的另一个顾客，我等了20多分钟才知道，然后她把
另一个顾客已经动了筷子的那个菜端给我，我说这个是不能接受的。她犹豫了好几十秒
，才说“好吧那我给你换。”我偷偷跟着她到厨房边上，发现她根本就没有换，3分钟

用料：去皮去骨头的罗非鱼三片（我家旁边的超市只有这种鱼），洋葱一个，大蒜8瓣
，生姜一块，McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶，2oz干辣椒一袋，料酒，食用油
，芦笋，蘑菇，long spicy pepper一个半，生抽，芹菜
步骤：1. 洋葱切成洋葱圈，铺在烤盘里，然后把鱼放在洋葱上。姜切丁，洒在鱼上
2.四勺料酒，三勺食用油，大半勺盐，搅拌均匀，撒在鱼上，等半小时
3.把鱼放进烤箱里，400华氏度，烤半小时
3.锅里放油，等油稍微热下，把McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶，2oz干辣椒一
袋，切成丁的大蒜八瓣，切成丁的long spicy pepper一个半扔进去，炒啊炒啊炒，闻
到很辣的香味了以后，倒三勺生抽，4勺水，盖上锅盖等两分钟，然后把锅里的东西浇
在鱼上（就是这步悲剧了，我放的辣椒是在太多了，大家酌减啊）
5．芹菜切丁，蘑菇切片，芦笋切断，然后也扔进烤盘里
6. 放进烤箱里，400华氏度，烤半小时

tuna roll and a lobster tempura roll.
the japanese dude informed me that he's out of lobster tempura, he said he
has shrimp tempura and oyster tempura, and he asked, want to try the oyster
tempura?
i thought for a second, and said nah, let me get the spicy crab instead.
so he gave me the two rolls, and at the end of it, threw in a oyster tempura
(not the roll, but just the tempura itself) in the container.

brought me a bowl of red fucking soup with some noodle in it...
and the fucking soup is spicy!!!
when did miso soup base become red and spicy???!!
i ate half of it, and paid my bill and left. i asked them, did u guys

且是DISCOUNT之前的。所以对WAITER来说根本就没有损失。

。不过领导喜欢。两点去的，没什么人。我和领导坐靠窗的位子。小小方桌。宽大沙发
。人陷在松软的沙发里，懒洋洋的午后阳光透过细细竹帘斑斑点点洒在身上，明亮而不
耀眼。感觉非常舒服。点了素菜卷，黄咖喱鸡，绿咖喱鸡，和Chicken Satay。味道都
不错。这家店卖点之一是真敢放辣椒（号称地道泰国味道），不像这里好些泰国餐馆，
味道总是不痛不痒。我自己的黄咖喱鸡饭是extra spicy。领导的是as spicy as it
gets。结果领导壮烈了。我的刚好。:-D 咖喱鸡饭调和匀称的汤料上撒了一圈嫣红鲜香
的碎椒，入口非常劲道，Chicken Satay里鸡肉的质地倒是秉承泰国菜的特点，肌理细
嫩但咬口十足。不过相比之下我还是喜欢Milpitas Square那家啥花园的。主要是那家
的鸡肉事先码了味道，吃起来味道更均匀扎实。 |

Have seen Dr. 5-6 times. stool test, blood test (found HP virus, cured

馆原址上终于有了新的东家，开始装
修，是个叫 Palace 的韩餐馆。
这一装修就是一年多啊.....大概是把地方给买下了，所以不着急（看起来像是洗钱业
人士所为）。
终于开张了，我老的胃口都萎缩了。
所以，直到昨天才跑去浅尝了一下。
说是浅尝，真是有违我老饕的本色。但是以一个小份烧烤拼盘就要 50刀的价格，我实
在是有走的冲动。
于是点了什锦豆腐汤，石锅饭，和 spicy pork。
spicy pork 是给烧好了端上来的，洋葱丝垫底。味道稍微有点甜，是我能承受的甜度
；肉质极好。
豆腐汤里面海鲜味道很霸道，把肉味抢掉；豆腐非常嫩，汤底鲜美。
石锅拌饭很淡，配料丰富。另外还配一小碗比较咸的牛肉片、白萝卜片汤，很像越南粉
的原味汤底。估计是用来中和过
淡的拌饭的。我在饭里加了盐－－－－没办法我不喜欢吃两口淡饭，喝一口咸汤的吃饭
方式。
小菜的感觉也很好（可惜忘记带相机），白菜泡菜和泡黄瓜很赞，油浸小鱼也很好。一
共给上了8个小碟，场面好看！
泡白菜我叫了第二盘。

比如spider roll其实就一Tempura，我最爱的salmon sashimi没有salmon特有的肥美的
flavor, 倒是她家的spicy tuna 和 spicy salmon非常不错，那个chilli source据说
是他家特有的，确实不同别处，不过真的辣，不能吃辣的就算了。不过她家的sushi选
择并不多，这次试了一半，再吃一次就试全了。
他家更主要的是其他日式traditional food, 可是我完全不懂该点什么，所以只点了主
页上有照片的那个agedashi tofu，味道好，推荐。下次非常想尝试他家其他日式食物
，请大家多多推荐！！！ |

说是川菜风味，其实那个农家小炒黄牛肉的风格更像湘菜，鲜，辣，爽利。
和老板聊了下果然是老乡。因为刚从国内腐败回来不久所以还可以比较，老实说那个啤酒鱼和长沙主流餐馆的档次差不了太多。
老板平姐是个厚道人，言谈间说最近还引进了湖南米粉 --- 听到后内流满面，这是在国外多少年梦萦魂绕都吃不到的东东啊，可惜这次去没做好功课一开始没点，只能下次补上了。
知道这个版大华已经很多人推荐过了，特地再提一次是想指出它还有湘菜一面，呵呵，老乡们莫放过呀。

，俺的脑子先缓过劲儿来，听到自己大喘气儿，还被直立在床上，旁边，一肉球球的白
弟弟，非给俺套上滋滋作响的氧气软管。。。这气也太呛了！俺眼还半闭半开，一把，
揪了下来，张大了嘴，才感觉上内唇几处破裂，被自己咬的？再看一眼白弟弟，他强忍
着心中的怒，俺高喊Spicy! Spicy!。。。还好，他没有反扑或踹俺一脚啥的。。。
痛呀痛，医生开了药，嘱咐俺尽量少吃，遵命。木兰回家了，告诉我，这药仅次于海洛
因，是二级警惕药物，药房不能对不上数的。今天，医生听了，也说，这药是处方毒品
，黑市，一粒可以卖到八至十美刀。俺手上现有十五粒，咋办？？？ |
