乏自信的，逼上梁山时不得不上台发个言，跟要了命似的。相反，有些人天生就性格外
向，充满自信，喜欢在人前表现，因此不惧当众发言和表演。
除了性格因素，不愿或害怕当中发言大多是因为担心别人对自己做出负面的评价，甚至
嘲笑自己。所以营造一个没有压力， 充满肯定、鼓励和尊重的氛围及其重要。无论是
在发言前、发言中、和发言后发言者都能感受到听众对自己的尊重（认真听讲）和鼓励
，他的担心和胆怯就会大大减少，自信和兴趣也会提高。
训练孩子的公众演讲能力最好从小范围开始，通常可以在家里营造一个环境，让孩子能
有机会表达自己多思想、见解、和意愿。对被动的孩子，最好不要大家围成一圈，然后
点名道姓地让他给背一手唐诗或唱一首歌等等，这样只会让他更紧张、更排斥。要在不
经意的情况下，给他提供一个机会，比如大家一起读一个故事，一人读一页。或每个人

，人吵起架来，情绪失控以后，很容易祖宗18代的招呼。既然水版的宗旨是不限制话题
，那为了保证这个原则下，又能让大家有一个洁净的灌水环境，所以我前一段的宗旨就
是狠一下，增加每个人的脏话成本。

约公司，让他疲于奔命。
不仅被抢了的可以告，我怕被抢，产生心理紧张恐惧的，我也可以去告，可以上小额法

人交往上有障碍也在speech therapy里。我家一年后语言已经above average了，但因
为和小朋友交流问题还在SPEECH therapy。而且因为SPEECH THERAPIST是死工资（她一
部分工资是学校SERVICE， 另一部分是THERAPY）加上语言对成绩影响很大，学区在上
小学后SPEECH EVALUATION方面宽松，其他THERAPY和上小学前SPEECH THERAPY很严（我
家第一次PRESCHOOL SPEECH evaluation 因为delay不到1年没拿到service, 后来发现
语言delay越来越多要求re-evaluation才拿到service,
而且只有一周2次）。上小学后别的service也有限，只是speech therapy增加了，因为
不多花学区钱。SUMMER service很难拿因为政府summer付的钱和Therapy次数挂钩。他

这种针对媒体的事情应该和FCC合作来解决。大家可以参考一下面英文部分，看看拉丁
裔的做法。人家先成立一个non for profit organization，然后做的具体事务都很规
矩，这才有用。
