木桩上的mark说明水曾经到过木头(如图)。
院子里有两个sump pump, 屋里正下方还有一个(如图，但是这个没plug in)。
现在只有一个plugged and functional。
请问问有经验的同学
1. 这问题有多严重？ house inspector 说 foundation 现在没问题。
it's not a deal breaker but it should be treated.
他建议找 licensed contractor 估价。
2. 这东西该花多少钱修？我看网上有公司做Crawl Space Encapsulation,
这个值得么，还是 fix pump 就好。这两种修法估计价格差不少
3. 湾区的同学若能推荐个 contractor 做这个的，不胜感激。 |

发帖数: 15836 | 40 这个估计跟各个房子有关。一般情况下地面会有潮气渗出，如果通风不好，那么湿气会
聚集最终损害建筑。比如经常有人回报说他们的crawl space有水洼。你的房子的布局
应该是你那的地特别干，所以没有过度潮湿和mold的问题。但是楼长的房子既然留了那
几个开口了可能不是瞎留的而是有原因的。我只是想让他小心点，因为一旦被湿气损害
了就很难恢复了。当然，如果楼长仔细检查发现crawl space很干，那么还是可以堵上
的。当然，这种检查要经常，否则万一天气变暖地面突然返潮不开口就不好了。 |

味道。crawl space里发现了7-8只死老鼠，insulation 里发现多处鼠粪/鼠尿，老鼠爬
过的痕迹。
不知道这样的情况，容易改正吗？成本有多高？

可能是连日大雨的缘故，crawl space有直直的一片的地区（80，90厘米宽，10米长）

合格就不会让水进入到屋内。
但是楼主的crawl space如果是房子的最低点，那如果water table高于crawl space地
