而且我家乡在偏远省区的一个小地级市,
这两条新闻无论如何也不应该被google选中推荐为焦点新闻的
唯一的解释就是,
somehow google记录了我电脑的特征(比如IP),并通过窃取我上网隐私(比如gmail)为我
量身定制了这两条焦点新闻.

铍是超轻金属,不可能裂变的,更没有什么临界质量。
事实上,是有一个钚球。如果用很厚一层铍把这个钚球罩起来,铍原子核就可以反弹钚
裂变产生的中子。同时,由于铍原子核很轻,在反弹中子的时候会减慢中子的速度。慢
中子更容易引起裂变。这样,就可以引发链式反应。
如果没有这个铍壳,裂变产生的中子就都跑掉了,很难引发下一轮裂变,就没有链式反
应了。
具体到这个Slotin,就是想演示这两个铍半球没和到一起的时候,不会有链式反应。他
把一个改锥夹在上下两个半球之间。这个小缝足以阻止链式反应。
然后,somehow改锥滑了,两个半球合住了,这下子里面中子四处反射大大提高了裂变
速率,然后Slotin拼命把那个上半球扔掉了(还是推走了,忘了)。在这个过程中,强
烈的裂变(没有到核弹爆炸的程度)产生巨大的射线把Slotin照死了。 |

A plausible explaination given somewhere else: the pitot tube was plugged by
ice, and by the interaction of ice expanding and pitot tube's working
method somehow was giving indication that air speed was increasing, instead
of dropping. So the pilot mistakenly concluded the aircraft was in a dive,
so they pulled nose up and reduced thrust to come out of it. |
