惹的祸！
去年同期，此人酒后驾船导致事故，造成7人受伤，其中还包括一个5岁小女孩。
驾船事件的官司尚未结案，又发生了这次DUI，还好这次没人受伤，只是警察发现该车
摇摇晃晃，超速行驶，把他pull over，发现此人谈吐不清，眼神迷离，酒精测试fail
。同时还发现车的registration都过期了。

在纽约州, 没有可能plea bargain DUI charge. 唯一的可能是deferred prosecution
or
criminal diversion program, which I am not sure whether it is applicable.
In many states, that is not even a possibility.
当然有可能当时警察screwed up and didn't collect evidence such as field
sobriety test and taking alcohol measurement back in the station.
