Alcohol is metabolized differently than other foods and beverages. Under
normal conditions, your body gets its energy from the calories in
carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which are slowly digested and absorbed
within the gastrointestinal system. However, this digestive process changes
when alcohol is present. When you drink alcohol, it gets immediate attention
(because it is viewed by the body as a toxin) and needs no digestion.

However, there is no reason to run at certain pace in the plans and, I think

the training. That is how people got injured quickly in the beginning and
still do not know why.
The most benefit point I got from AM is why to run slowly in your training. |

Words fall through me
And always fool me
And I can't react
And games that never amount
To more than they're meant
Will play themselves out
Take this sinking boat and point it home
We've still got time
Raise your hopeful voice you have a choice
You've made it now
Falling slowly, eyes that know me
And I can't go back
Moods that take me and erase me
And I'm painted black
