2. 看看slow cooker的功能，比如煲汤、预约、消毒、酸奶酒酿啥的
3. 再看看容量，根据自己家里人吃多少来定。人多，就选个大容量的

SLOW COOKER就是个让东西软烂的锅，但是如果想出香味，还得用大火然后转SLOW

一般做菜，需要先用普通锅炒一下，炒出香味，然后放入SLOW COOKER炖烂
然后，最后出锅的时候，通常需要普通锅来“收汁”，浇在上面。
SLOW COOKER，本身是个小烤箱，而不是一个中国人的炖锅。
米粥OK的，就是容易过于烂，没法喝。所以要多弄几次，掌握时间就OK了。
鸡蛋汤，你要啥鸡蛋汤？ 不明白。
好像水不开阿
能不能煮米粥阿，鸡蛋汤之类的。

有好处。
我没有拿它炖汤，因为我是广东人，所以我们都是用砂锅煲汤的。但是slow cooker做
甜品真的很棒。我们喜欢吃红豆，莲子，花生之类的甜品，先泡泡水，然后睡前3个小
时用high煮，一定要煮滚，如果不想等那么久，我就拿锅先大火煮滚，然后倒到slow
cooker用小火一个晚上，第二天就可以吃了。最后可以放些椰浆，很好吃。呵呵... |

很喜欢。打果汁很好，最好用的是打蔬菜汁，可以打胡萝卜，黄瓜或者绿叶菜等。如果
是水果，你可能用blender也可以，果汁里有果肉也没关系，但蔬菜汁我就喜欢喝清爽
干净的纯汁。这个juicer声音小，和其他低档的slow juicer比较，他压出的果汁更多
，滤出的渣子很干。
我4年前从amazon上买的，现在类似产品还有omega slow juicer,价格也差不多，大概
300刀。
分享一个黄瓜汁的用法。我用juicer打一个小黄瓜，然后把CVS买的facial cotton pad
拿几片放里面浸湿，摆入盘中进冰箱冷冻，成冰后放ziploc bag，放冰箱冷冻室收藏
。然后用这个做眼贴。用时拿出解冻，压出多余水分，代替黄瓜片来贴眼睛。 |

knowing table is aggressive and sb. will for sure raise from LP, then plan
to jump on top to cut off the field (as in the book "kill everyone"). or try
to let some hands catch up a little on flop and win more, but again, with a
plan to re-evaluate if things turn ugly.

but why it only slow after I ran it once. If I open the excel the first
time and run it, it is very fast. then if I ran it 2nd time, it is extremely
slow. so I close all my excel workbook and reopen the one with macro, and
run the macro again, it is fast again. I thought it was something wrong with
my macro.
in normal speed, my macro run within 3 min. when it is slow, it ran 3 hours.
