考虑下面两种最坏的情况:

注意看具体condo所属的town.所属brookline的估计还是要比boston的高个几万？所属
brookline的有没有parking slot也会有个几万的差别吧？我没查，瞎说不负责任的。
coolidge corner是brookline中心之一了吧，商业繁华，小资云集。那边的two-
bedroom差不多40万左右？房子老但是因为是很结实的brownstone所以应该还好，不过
没parking slot这点不好搞。
我当时买预算内的brookline condo的时候,一个是要注意地方，离上班能走路就到最好
,不然也要临近T (<10 min walk)。这个很容易满足。二要有parking slot，在美国因
为买房子没车位所以没车用还是不太爽的，brookline又很变态，不让街趴。(coolidge

过当年该队slot value的5%， 那么就会丢掉下一年的首轮，所以要求球队更聪明的去
分配签约金。
2. 2012选秀前状元的头号热门是stanford的大三投手Mark Appel。握有状元签的是太
空人队，当年状元签的slot value是$7.2M. 据说Astros私下offer了Appel $6M的签约
金，但是Appel觉得太低拒绝了。于是Astros用状元签选择了波多黎各的17岁SS Carlos
Correa, 并且用$4.8M的金额签下。而省下的一部分签约金砸给了41位被选中的高中生
投手Lance McCullers. 按照各家的排名，McCullers的天赋可以轻松排进当年的前15甚
至前10，但由于McCullers是高中生，如果没有很高的签约金，他就会去读大学，这也
是很多球队不愿意把首轮赌在McCullers身上的原因。

，头名是PM：2.36秒，其他几位出球快的有士大夫，大桶和小河，出球时间都在2.47秒
左右。所以他们所在的4个队在被麻袋的比例排名中相应的排在最少的前八个队里。
2。长球的选择过多。 海鹰在联盟中average yards per completion排第五，yards
per attempt排第8。传球中传中长球的比例过高。作者认为要丢更长的球，QB就要DROP
BACK更深，持球时间更长。
3。海鹰有全联盟“最好”的SLOT RECEIVER(source: PFF)，in terms of yard per
route run and catch rate。但却用的不多。DOUG BALDWIN 在联盟中的SLOT
RECEIVERS中TARGET最少，只有30次，VICTOR CRUZ最多，74次。和我最初的感觉一致，
在对手密集防守8-9个人屯在BOX的情况下，多打SLOT不失为一个有效的办法。 |

发帖数: 14021 | 49 周日对牛仔的虎口夺球。那时是下半场第一个驱动，绿湾26-3落后。绿湾靠蕾丝的一个
长跑，和Nelson的TD点起了逆转的火花。比catch更impressed的是TD后的celebration
。根本没有庆祝。Just win， baby。
（题外话：有人说福林这个传球很危险，Nelson接住了很运气。是的，里面有一定的运
气，但是这种球在NFL里是常见的。QB可能传的不准，但是QB的credit是identify了这
个match。很多情况下，WR比CB高而壮，单挑的话基本可以把50/50的球抢下来。福林就
是看到这个match，才大胆的把球扔那让Nelson去抢。这种球如果不是特别的偏的话，
成功率很高。感恩节狮子对绿湾那场，四大夫也是这样扔给威震天的。但是矮一截的
Sam Shield居然从威震天手里把球抢下来了。那个球也是undertrew了。可能跟WR卖力
程度有关。）
Nelson一向低调，但是有非常好的work ethic。任劳任怨，训练刻苦。完全服从组织安
排。在芬利和Cobb双双受伤之后，没人打slot。Nelson以前也没怎么打过slot，主要是
