But 2H shows 17+, now it's your pd's turn. He knows you are 17+, if he respond
2nt, it's a sign that he probably doesn't has extra value. If he bid 3c, I
would take that as invitation for 3nt and go for it. If he bid 3D, I would
most likely pass.

the grip itself, pretty easy, just snap it on.
It does feel slimmer than original grip, but not a lot... Have to try it out
at range.
I like the finish/feel of the original grip though. |

could call myself a graduate of p90x. Yay!
I have shifted my goal from the initial losing weight in the first two
phases to bulking up in the last phase. The way to do it is by eating a
surplus of calories and cut down on the cardio exercises (jogging little
over 4 miles instead of close to 6 miles).
It seems to work pretty good as I can definitely tell I have made some

Personally I feel the program is great for toning muscles and making your
body slimmer. However if the goal is increasing size, I feel it
might not be the best program. The high reps + fast pace works on the
endurance more than strength.
I will most likely go with a traditional weight training program after this
round of p90x to increase the size a little more. |

That's weird. The calories consumed for a 20-miler is only sufficient to
burn about 1/2 lb of fat.
Actually the fluctuation of body weight for as many as +/- 5 lb is normal
within one or two days, depending on who much you eat, drink, and exercise.
But that doesn't necessarily mean becoming fatter or slimmer. |

less than half a year ago. I was >220lbs, my doctor told me that I was
obese and I need to lose weight. I blamed busy work schedule for not
exercising until a guy shattered my excuses. He managed his busy schedule
by getting up at 4:00 AM.
I started running for 20 minutes and less than 2 miles last July. Thanks to

蛙泳 is not good for reducing body mass. Try not to do too much if you want
to be thinner, which is my goal too.

Is there any data showing the distribution of body fat percentage among
Asains? There are a lot data out there showing what normal body fat
percertage should be. I susppect the statistics is mostly from non-Asians.
Asians are generally slimmer, so,I think the norm of fat% is lower, but don
