在说Internet，我就没有提。用书面口头区分比较复杂。但是slander词源是scandal，
所以一般slander的特点是: defamatory, causing actual damages. Internet在BBS上
发文算libel有过前例。不过derogatory words这方面也算slander。维基很有用，不过
有时候讲得不会太深太细的。

anyway, 上次楼主关于 slander 与 libel 的解释与维基不同，也与几个法律字典的解
释不同。它们说二者都是诽谤，只不过 libel 是书面，slander 是口头。这说法与楼
主说的什么是否基于事实的等等，很不一样。

约定俗成的这个翻法显然的确有遗漏和重叠的问题，不精确对应。我在中国学新闻法的
老师说裘正义，美国的是Tom Goldstein，应该说都是蛮棒的，不过他们都是不是搞跨
文化传播学研究的。张咏华老师应该是这方面的权威，不过我早就不在她门下了，不好
意思为这点小问题麻烦她。

your judgement is somewhat impaired. So it's just natural that you are
attracted to the same kind of losers and need them to back you up when you
are losing an argument.
Oh, the reason I didn't need to change ID is because slandering rumors are
just slandering rumors. They don't have teeth.
It really doesn't concern me if you have 道德问题 or not, none of my

闻法的时候，一般法律上认为Libel是造出不实之词，slander不一定不实，但是有侮辱

How do I know "majiangsaint" and "ilmioben" and "zenoat" are the same person
? Not just because they share the same ip address, but because all the 3
never know how to play 拖拉机 and never played 拖拉机, and all the 3 are
extremely caring about their scores. I have seen no one else caring about
