标 题: 问一个cardiomyocytes 和skeletal msucle cells in vitro culture的问题。

刚刚开始搞这个体外培养，有些不懂的地方。
这两种细胞要是没有外界刺激，比方说applied electronic field，平时会不会自己
contract?
是不是都要外界刺激才会contract呢？以前有个教授告诉我心肌细胞只有外界刺激才会
收缩，自己收缩是要快死的细胞。可最近看了一篇文章又说心肌自己会收缩，骨骼肌要
外界刺激才会。可我自己培养的时候看到骨骼肌没有刺激的时候也轻微颤动。所以糊涂
了。多谢。 |

是坑爹啊。（ 另外还有一个怀疑Cushing syndrome到底是先做Dexamethasone
overnight suppression test 还是先测24小时cortisol的也是很让人抓狂。传统的是
先做Dexamethasone overnight suppression test， 然后Mayo Clinic 是推崇先测24
小时cortisol的。考试如果碰到这两个同时出现的，到底选哪个？ 肯定要晕了。 ）

品提早上市、降低成本。但因为考虑对人体会产生副作用，各国开放使用的标准不一。
瘦肉精是一类药物，而不是一种特定的物质，是指能够促进瘦肉生长的饲料添加剂。任何能够
促进瘦肉生长、抑制肥肉生长的物质都可以叫做“瘦肉精”。
目前，能够实现这种功能的物质是一类叫做β-促效剂（β-agonist）的药物，比如在中国造
成中毒的克伦特罗（clenbuterol）和美国允许使用的雷托巴胺（Ractopamine）。
瘦肉精在上海曾经引发了几百人的中毒事件。而在台湾，由于从美国进口的猪肉里含有瘦肉

1）炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应，是身体自我修复过程的正常症状；
2）药物消除炎症，同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程，反而不利于伤痛的恢复；
3）消炎药不能明显提高比赛成绩。
根据这篇文章的说法，我觉得ibuprofen或Advil最大的效果可能是止痛（类似麻醉剂，
消除或削弱大脑对疼痛的感受）。疼痛要求人不要过度使用身体；大脑不觉得疼了，就
会继续正常（其实是超量）使用身体。后果可能是短时间内保持了成绩，但加速了肌肉
撕裂，伤病加重。
我英语不太好，英语好的可以再总结一下。

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。
