A little bit self-introduction first. I did my first Marathon last year
which I finished just under 3:30. This year I try to reach 3:15 mark and
have been training moderate hard since this summer.
My weekly training plan is a mixture of speed work, tempo run and weekend
long run. My MPW is pretty low though, only peaked at 40 miles (My MPW for
last year was even less, barely reached 30 miles 3 weeks before the race).

call, then he leads out a 2/3 pot bet on the flop. Should you raise? If so,

say we both 140. 4-bet cause 33 each, pot 66, c-bet 40, pot will be sth like
$146, and we both have 70 left ( actually in the example above, he has less
than that). Shove only cause him 70 to a $210 pot.
For him, any reasonable hand is an automatic call.
So in this situation, shove on the flop is the best play, pct wise, we are
ahead.

flop nut flush and the early position guy bet into me and i slow played and
call until the river and raised him allin he called because he flopped the
smaller flush and i was lucky because there were no board pairing or 4 card
flush so i know i had nuts all the way.
