That is better since the applicant has the "discretion" of establishing one. |

If it is a postdoc position, I would suggest you to stay in USA.
But if you have a permanent position in OZ and a postdoc position in USA (
this was my case), then it is hard to say. Different persons have varied
opinions/decesions.
The academic environment in OZ is similiar with that in USA except it is a
little relax (it also depends on your future career planning and your major).
One thing is true is that immigration to OZ is much easier than that to USA.

Very unusual.
The picture here might be taken by a good camera, what I saw is smaller, but
I estimated the size of each is much bigger than airplane, as when I walked
to 30 street, I saw a airplane passed beneath one of those, and thier size
are similiar visually. Since they are much deeper in the sky, I guess they
must be very large.

Even if you're not in NYC, NYS should have similiar programs. Go to a local

I was pretty much a mosquito feeder yesterday. We went crabbing
in Island Beach State Park of NJ. That island has a shape pretty
similiar to Chile, you know, long and narrow. Lots of crabs there,
a lot of fun. But when it came to mosquito, no fun at all. The
distance from the shore to the road is just about 50 meters. I got
6 stings, each one as big as a quarter. I can still feel them now!
