alot of energy cooperation deals during the summit). Essentially, China is
paying the US not to nuke 'em (The US has enough nukes to destroy the world
4x over, China once over), and it'd be silly not to take the money now,
create jobs and go back into surplus on the back of an intimidated China
paying it's way out of trouble.
