Think about it...isn't it kind of stupid to be charging tolls for
bridges and certain stretches of highway ?
There is a proposal for a $14 charge to cross the new Tappan Zee
Bridge across the Hudson river just north of NYC. Currently it is five
dollars. There are commuter discounts for people who cross every day and
local pols want to exempt other people too.

BAD move: go to job fair or submit online resume without further follow up.
Considered moves:
Option 1: contact HR individually (how? email? phone?), contact persons that
you might work for (how to know).
Option 2: network people for internal recommendation, at least |

我觉得先和老师谈谈，把最近发生的几次play silly的事记下来，回家后和小朋友谈。
可以和他讨论一下他和朋友做这些事的初衷或理由，告诉他做这些很有趣，很好玩，很
creative，但这些事更适合在课后或recess的时候做，在教室里做不合适。另外，多花

东问西问也没问出很多东西. 说老师说他SILLY, 我当时也和他解释说是老师说他可爱.
.但是他,还有说,老师威胁他要把他关办公室,显得很害怕一直说今天不想去学校. 我想
把他教育成脸皮厚点,不要说不得. 当时急着要把他送去学校啊,告诉他学校有好玩的朋
友,然后再拿他爱吃的饼说路上给他吃.
后来总算答应出发了.
这种拿饼利诱做法是不是不好啊? 容易被他利用啊. |

故事很简单。开会的时候，老板说有一个小bug要fix。会后，我查看了bug的详细信息
，发现老板还提到了除fix之外的一些enhancement。我就写了一封email，想跟老板确
认一下。
没想到，他居然说"Guys, this is silly. /You should be able to figure out by
yourself. Have some common sense (I hate saying that)”。
我想了想，回了一封信解释了一下，表明是"make sure to deliver what are
expected”。
我工作时间也不短了，可就是积极不起来，总是等着老板分配任务，从来没主动要活做
。一来性格使然；二来大公司里，太积极，同事也许会有意见。
我英文表达能力也不好，开会的时候多半保持沉默，主要是做的东西都是很杂，很碎的
东西，实在是没什么好说的。不像管理产品的同事，可以汇报产品进度，有多少bug等
等。
前些时候，老板说要提高productivity。我其实是没有creativity。

is "svrmgrl30" on windows, and user could access it under oracle_home\bin\
directory. But I found there is no such a command for Oracle9i on windows
(the path is oracle\ora92\bin). So where is the tool located?
