夜里人们对神圣的向往和敬仰。这首脍炙人口的歌曲旋律优美动听，意境深长，充满了
一种属天的安宁，容易引起感情共鸣。
在这繁忙的节日季节，让我们暂时忘掉那些杂事吧！安静下来，倾听那来自心底的轻轻

发帖数: 383 | 11 过去看到关于reflux的帖子没有好好学习，现在自己的宝宝快满月了，觉得她有silent
reflux 的症状，很着急。没时间考古，希望美妈们指点。
两周的时候带去体检，体重长回出生的8磅5盎司，我说她可能silent reflux，儿医不
是很在意的说小孩都有。可是后来这两周感觉她silent reflux的症状更明显了。首先
是有早晚两次三个多小时的fussy和cluster feeding。这个期间喂奶的时候会突
然pull away，然后往后弯腰，紧接着脸一红，然后就scream。我会帮她relatch。这样反
复很多次，最近都是姥姥抱走安慰会好一些。还有吃完10－15分钟会听见她吞咽，有时
候也会咳嗽。有时候哭着哭着也会咳。感觉她很需要comfort feed，但是这时又出奶水
的时
候她又会生气。另外也有一些sour breath。
下面应该怎么办呀？有没有宝宝做过 cranial osteopathy? 好像是一种reflux的治疗
方法。我已经不吃酸性水果，牛奶和豆子了。面食也改成荞麦面。是不是要全断了
wheat看看？ |

他自己在那边吞咽很痛苦我都心碎了，同时这几天开始尖叫好多，我很担心，觉得是嗓
子不舒服，但是老人觉得是宝宝很兴奋很喜欢，和老人发生分歧，他们认为宝宝在语言
发育阶段尖叫正常，他们也不懂reflux,宝宝周日周一叫太多嗓子都要哑了，请问大家
的宝宝尖叫多吗？尖叫到底正不正常，怎么判断？
之前看医生，医生觉得只要长体重就不管了，我也没提silent reflux，就提了reflux
，后来要了baby zantac吃了没啥效果又停了最近严重了又开始吃，但是每次感觉是吃
了更严重，老人就不高兴了，我也百口莫辩，医生的解释是zantac不会让reflux更严重
，如果严重就要继续吃reflux,我读了网上很多文章，我家有着silent relflux所有症
状，但是没有去lab测过，我觉得那个小宝宝好遭罪的，确诊了不还是吃zantac或者药
劲更强的另一种药，儿医那边我也不好说什么，宝宝每天吃奶的量现在维持在700以上
，体重也一直在长，虽然我觉得宝宝本来可以吃更多，可以长更多，我们错过了之前所

的一点是，这个游戏绝对与众不同，可能有些人喜欢，有些人不喜欢，绝对不是每个人
的那杯茶。只想说说我的感受。
这个游戏带给我的感觉和以前任何一个Silent Hill系列都不一样，打这个游戏，非常
想在看一个horror movie。很多人可能都听说了，SHSM里主角没有任何武器，唯一能做
的就是逃跑，寻找出口。这点确实是对传统游戏方式的一个大胆挑战，但玩过后，你会
发现这真是一个极好的创意。因为Silent Hill系列和Resident Evil不同，它就是想营
造一种能让人从内心产生凉意的气氛，当你在漆黑的陌生环境中绝望的奔跑，试图摆脱
身后无数的monster的追赶的时候，你就会真正理解什么才是恐怖了。假如你的手里拥
有武器，回头给这些ghost来两枪，固然可能会感觉很爽，但恐怖的效果必然会下降很
多。
这个游戏还有一个非常吸引人的创意就是psychological profiling，在游戏中你会不
断接受一些心理学的测试，你的回答会反映出你的性格，而游戏的进程和最好的结 |

对我来说没有哪首歌比《平安夜》更能表达圣诞的气氛。记得当年在北京，圣诞的前夜
，大家拿着蜡烛，围坐在一起唱《平安夜》。虽然不太懂歌词的意义，但仍为其优美的
曲调所打动。现在这首歌是逢圣诞必唱的保留曲目，可谓百唱不厌了。
不过这回唱得真是千疮百孔，遍地瑕疵，部分原因是最近声带有点问题，但为了赶上圣
诞节还是就这么拿出来了，最重要的是一片心意，一片心意。

发帖数: 181 | 29 前几天发过一个帖子说宝宝白天连续10几个小时不睡觉，已经有一个多星期了。一开始
以为是宝宝fussy的高峰期，也没多留意。最近几天开始发现有点不对劲了。我把症状
都写一下各位有经验的妈妈看看是什么问题：
1.我们家是喝奶粉的，一般喝奶粉好像3-4小时喂一次就可以。我们家的2个小时就得喂
一次，喝奶倒是很正常，就是没过多久好像又饿了，到处找吃的，老是处于饥饿的状态。
2.喂完奶抱着拍嗝，然后睡着，一放到小床里就醒，然后开始哭。
3.抱着或者放到bouncer里可以睡个10-30分钟，之后开始哭闹。
4.醒着的时候一定要抱着，抱着也还是会fussy,就得摇啊晃啊的直到睡着。
5.白天不睡觉大部分时间都很fussy。
6.有时候喂完奶会看到宝宝表情扭曲，好像是嘴巴苦涩的样子，有时候是看到她好像要
呕吐又吐不出来。
7. 偶尔会有咳嗽，宝宝并没有感冒，好像是呛到的感觉，一般是喂完奶或者放进小床
之后。
8. 喂奶过程中有时候会挣扎，扭曲着身子而且很用力的扯奶嘴。一开始以为是奶嘴流
量小，宝宝吸不出来发脾气，后来换了medium flow的又太快了，而且宝宝还是一样会
挣扎扭曲。

发帖数: 1129 | 35 经常潜水不灌水。发现班上两个怪现象： 1. 奔娃的很少。2. 讨论发球机的很少。即
使用狗狗搜索，老外坛子上关于发球机的讨论也很少。
我在两年多前买了silent partner，当时买的时候想找点网上有用的资料，那是真难。
这里就贡献点自己的看法：
1. 当时选silent系列，也是因为性价比，相对于别的牌子，类似的价格，机器的功能
稍多。虽然在实际中，其实也用不了那么多。
2.我买的是带遥控器，大电池，充电器的那种。
3.要注意该系列是从加拿大发货，网上购买时，还被收了货币转换费。比较郁闷。
4.买回来后，第一年用的不多。上次发贴抱怨过，由此机器不转了，以为坏了，就一年
多没碰。直到上个月，打算自己动手修了，才发现根本没坏，是自己不知道如何用。又
被郁闷一回。

我最近被诊断为得了Silent Reflux，学名是LPR
LPR is a condition that occurs in a person who has gastroesophageal reflux
disease (GERD). Acid made in the stomach travels up the esophagus (
swallowing tube). When that stomach acid gets to the throat, it is called
laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR).
症状是嗓子眼老觉得有东西堵住，痰多，饭后容易咳嗽。
医生让我不吃citrus类水果，比如橘子、柠檬，不吃西红柿，少喝酒和咖啡，戒烟。但
我戒不了酒和咖啡。 |

对我来说没有哪首歌比《平安夜》更能表达圣诞的气氛。记得当年在北京，圣诞的前夜
，大家拿着蜡烛，围坐在一起唱《平安夜》。虽然不太懂歌词的意义，但仍为其优美的
曲调所打动。现在这首歌是逢圣诞必唱的保留曲目，可谓百唱不厌了。
不过这回唱得真是千疮百孔，遍地瑕疵，部分原因是最近声带有点问题，但为了赶上圣
诞节还是就这么拿出来了，最重要的是一片心意，一片心意。
