发帖数: 77 | 5 我估计板上做patch clamp的应该不少吧，不过不知道有没有做或者曾经做过silent
synapses，估计很少，这个小topic已经没什么人碰了。
我最近尝试检测silent synapses，首先是想复制以前报道的结果，但是试了两三个月
了还是无法replicate以前报道的一些结果，用了两种方式，一个是计算amplitude 的
coefficient of variation，另一个是用最小刺激计算是synaptic response 的
failure rate， 都无法检测到silent synapses。
我觉得我的recording quality应该还可以，虽然不是每个recording在没有自发反应的
时候记录曲线都是一条直线，但是基本上也没有大的波动，leaking current在-80mv下
一般都在100pa以内，不过在+40mv的时候波动明显变大，以至于比较难以判断时候有
event发生，不过我用相对于baseline的高低的方式估算failure rate感觉还是挺准确
的。

这么小的宝
宝，从科学上来说他的大脑还没有发育到会主动的抗拒食物。更况且吃乃是人的一大本
能。 所以我认
为宝宝有吃方面的毛病，很有可能有生理背后的原因。 有silent reflux的宝宝，进食
让他的身体
感到不适，所以他把进食和pain associated在一起，导致厌食，或者夜奶，因为只有
吃迷糊奶的
时候才没有那么痛苦。
Silent reflux的症状不明显，有可能被儿医忽视，但是这样的后果可能非常严重。 我
的宝宝从两
个星期就开始抗拒奶瓶，到四个月后吃辅食也是非常艰难，晚上的睡眠也从很天使变到
晚上要醒三四
次夜奶。 他从两个月开始就有时会大口的吐奶，直到现在都这样。有段时间发展到所
有的辅食一口都
不吃，水也不喝。 他的体重已经从出生时候的75%掉到了5%。 可是每次看儿医的时候
，他都说一切
正常，没什么大不了的。 关于体重轻，他会说总有些宝宝会体重5%，等等。
到最近医生终于不情愿的默认他有reflux, 开始开prevacid。 吃了这个药后宝宝的饮

可以，大概一天30oz吧，刚刚看到一个MM贴的儿医给的饮食表，才知道45oz才是上限，
那我家宝宝还算吃的少的，不过我也还挺满意的了。最近这几天都不愿意喝奶了，每次
就喝个3,最多4oz就不肯了，但是沒有吐奶，所以我想不是reflux。有点像是silent
reflux。他辅食还是愿意吃的，可是也不知道吃多少算合适。妈妈们给我扫扫盲吧。还
有就是要真是silent reflux,该怎么呢？我自己google了注意的事项了，想看看有沒有

一言以蔽之，silent reflux就是普通的reflux除去吐奶.原因是小宝宝的食道括约肌发
育不成熟门关不紧，所以胃酸返流到食道里来。这个情况很普遍，没有办法预防的，只
好等宝宝长大了自己grow out。除了吃zantac之外，可以试试看吃enfamil A.R.配方奶
，里面含有rice cereal。那个奶很稠，不容易翻上来。我家小宝吃了是有效的，一口
气可以吃到2/3的地方才会开始折腾。祝各位妈妈好运，家有reflux宝的妈妈伤不起啊 |

六周大的宝宝，从两周多开始吐奶，看过ped，开了zantac，不过一直扛着没吃，现在
白天还好，吃好奶拍嗝无数次，然后一直抱着，所以吐奶还不算太严重，问题是晚上，
仰睡根本无法睡，无论抱着睡得多熟，一放下去半小时之内必定醒，醒之前喉咙和鼻子
都会有呛奶的声音，趴着能睡一到两小时，所以现在基本都是我和娃爹晚上轮流让娃趴
肚子上睡，可这样的话大人就根本无法睡着，可怜娃爹白天还得上班，一直在犹豫要不
要给zantac，但又担心胃酸减少了以后娃吃的更少了，现在一天也就20多oz，不到11磅
的娃，长体重还是很重要，不知道其他有reflux宝宝的mm是怎么熬过来的，有什么好建
议吗？多希望宝宝能快点outgrow啊！

根据 Baddeley's model 的 phonological-looping driven working memory，silent-
reading 跟 read aloud 的区别只是 motor function is suppressed。
但是有争议的是，这个 model 无法解释 super fast silent reading。马工系说，就
算大脑的 comprehension 速度可以依赖 intuitive 而飞速提高，这 phonological-
looping 的 strictly sequential fashion，就是不折不扣的冯诺伊曼瓶颈（von
Neumann bottleneck）。
