跑版历来是个比较严肃的地方，以whx为旗帜的hardcore流

自己也开始慢慢严肃跑步以后，慢慢也能理解了，在全马的
后期，如果mentally 不够tough的话，是不可能完成目标的。
我上任的时候，本来其实是希望把跑版办成一个高手新手共
存，大家互相学习鼓励，共同进步的版面。我最早是反对BSO
的，后来我发现看高手的BSO，其实是对新人有激励作用(至少
对我是这样）,所以也开始提倡和鼓励BSO了。

我最近忽悠了几个local runner来做高精度骨结构扫描，看到一些有意思的结果。样本
很小，就4个（还加上我自己）。3个的trabecular bone (松质骨)结构和正常人有差异
，主要体现在有变粗变大的骨小梁，并且成片连接在一起。初步估计，在开始过长时间
，过大负荷的给予骨头Loading,unloading，造成了非常小的microfracture,
microdamage，恢复后就形成了microcallus(骨痂）。唯一一个跑完骨头一点事没有的

下面按顺序是：1.vivil：我的只显示有很小的一点异常，在接近左下cortical bone（

昨天拿到了Kinrava，也算是赶个潮流的尾巴。
在跑步机上跑了7miles， easy pace。感觉有点怪怪的。
1. 感觉和SS4相比内侧中部的那块支持的太明显了，甚至比Wave Ride还厉害。这个是
对新鞋的个人感觉, 还是设计如此？
2. 底部的弹性很强。感觉踩下去是分两步。先是鞋接触地面，然后踩实。提起来也是

测试目的是100%去掉碳水化合物，看身体有什么变化。

跑步目的：健康，减肥
五六月份开始跑步，断断续续地，最多一周四次吧，也有中断两周。7月底跑了一次10k
，65分钟。八月份一共才跑了5次，总计不到28miles。一直都是跑步机设定5.5m/h，心
率保持在MTF左右，最少一次4.5mile, 最多一次8mile。这个月一定一定得多跑点。
【1】 9月3日 跑步机 29min, 3.1mi
时间太紧，只能跑半个小时左右，所以决定稍微跑快点。设定速度6.5m/h，很快心跳就
上到了165，但是身体并不累，十几分钟以后心跳降到160，到快要结束5K的时候心跳又
上升了，最后是168。跑步机间或测速，也不知道准不准。跑完出汗很多，人倒是觉得
还比较轻松。决定以后快慢交替地跑。
对了，今天跑完哪儿都不疼，脚板脚趾大腿都好好的，有点得意又有点惶恐。跑完以后
shower的时候，突然右膝盖一阵刺痛，心里一凉，完了，膝盖伤了！低头一看，原来是
早上不小心膝盖在地上擦破了点皮，现在沾水有点反应。哦，长出一口气！

达各种情绪，场景，用了很多词汇。
诗歌这个东西，是考验阅读者的阅读能力的。一个非汉语母语的人不是很容易理解你说
的那些诗词。其实，现在很多15岁的中学生也无法理解你说的那种诗词中的画一般的意
境。你也理解不了英文诗歌中复杂细腻的感情。

我理解silence mutation错了。是，我在donor上通过silence mutation引入两个酶且
位点，然后用这两个酶作geno-typing的。大约是10M细胞，lipofectamine3000作
transfection,三天的puromycin sellection，除掉non-transfected的细胞。约有1%的
细胞能survive,也就是100，000细胞。我用mutant的phenotype作下一步筛选，就是
mutant在一种特殊medium里可以生长，但wild-type不能。这个筛选了三个礼拜后，大

因为gasy和reflux的问题醒了半个小时，在爸爸努力的把嗝拍出之后就没有再fussy。
我知道这个表现相对于版上很多宝宝来说并不是很天使，但是对于我家这个超级gasy&
较严重的silence reflux的小宝来说，让他妈觉得这简直就要高唱：“解放区的天是晴
朗的天，解放区的人民好喜欢”。
泪流满面的新妈首先要感谢妈妈，是她在承担了煮饭、洗衣、清洁的基础上还是抱
宝宝睡的主力军（宝宝因为silence reflux的问题要24小时抱着睡）。除此之外，在我
这个易胡思乱想的新妈，看着宝宝痛苦紧张慌乱的时候，妈妈总是说：“丫头没事的，
孩子都是这样，只要过了百日或一百二十天大部分毛病都会自己好的。妈妈不懂啥科学
，但是老一辈的很多经验还是有点道理的。”即便如此，我还是带着宝宝跑急诊跑诊所
，妈妈也没有半句怨言的配合着我，只是不时的开导试图让我宽心。也是她老人家在我
