果能垫起来一点点（就是鞋的内侧比外侧要高一点的），那么对二脚趾压力好像少一点

事的高手啊。
dead silence其实我都没真的看，看的是图解，已经被吓得半夜睡不着。看trailer的
时候快被吓出心脏病。不敢真的看片儿。
和SAW比起来，恐怖不是一个级别的（相比起来Saw没有那么恐怖），可惜ending没有
Saw那么史诗效果，虽然也已经蛮意外了。 |

Grand Staircase Escalante公园里玩。
跟我们德州沙漠比起来，犹他州的荒野有情调多了。干旱少雨的高原在风蚀作用下形成
了独特的雅丹地貌，到处都是色彩斑斓的奇岩怪石。
The Towers of Silence，姑且叫它沉默石吧，位于公园深处一个非常隐蔽偏远的峡谷
中，官方网站上标的路从停车场到景点要步行十多迈近二十几里路。我们无意中找到了
一条鲜为人知的小路，一条荒无人烟的旷野中的长二十迈左右的泥石路。此路必须用高
底盘四轮驱动的SUV开才能走。一路上要翻过数不清的山坡，淌过无数低洼地，之间还
有三扇铁丝门要人下车去打开。最后我们在一个很深的壕沟前车再也开不前去了。好在
这里离沉默石只有不到一个半迈的距离，沿着河床徒步很快就能到达目的地。
沉默石们在犹他多姿多彩的怪石中算是非常有特色的了，名气不大我能想到的原因就是
因为人们难见其尊容。用金针菇来形容沉默石真是再恰当不过了，雪白细长的石柱上顶
着一块褐色的石头。有几根岩石根基有空壳的迹象，我都怀疑是不是狠踹几脚就有可能

最近沉迷于thrash,突然觉得需要点别的音乐元素来补补,听什么好呢,应该恶补一下黑金
属了,听了张Death - Pierce Me,正中下怀要的就是这个.来自于Sweden的Silencer1995
年成立, Nattramn – Vocals, Leere - Guitars, bass, Steve Wolz – Drums,我觉
得他们可能是对黑金属思潮最有影响的黑金属乐队之一,他们也是世界上唯一混合了精神
忧郁症和阴森的,昏暗的黑金属氛围的知名的乐队.
浓重的忧郁的音乐氛围营造出了黑暗将临的阴深恐怖,6首歌曲从头至尾都重于渲染
黑色气氛,阴暗至极的吉他旋律低沉缓慢有致,时而如暴风骤雨倾泻而下,狂暴,躁动.时而
如宁静幽暗森林掠过的一丝微风,悠远,绵延.更加有主唱撕心裂肺及至癫狂犀利的,甚至
神经质的咆哮,怒吼,更加给人以听觉上前所未有的冲击,一种精神上的无形压力得以宣泄

篇。
从体裁上看，这是一篇科幻（幻想）小说。作者试图达到的，是把一个幻想的世界展现在
读者面前。而作者凭借的手段，是其极其出色的细节描写和栩栩如生的想象力；从国内bb
s被封潮流，想象未来“和谐网络”，进一步想象出“为了控制社会政府剥夺人们说话的
权利，无论在物理世界还是在网络上”，这样的逻辑演绎和想象力；是我认为这篇小说好
的最主要原因。
在这种题材的小说里，不需要那种非常细腻抒情的语言；也不需要形势美的洗练。那些是
抒情类小说推崇的，在幻想写实主义小说里不是很必要。在这里人物塑造也并非第一位的
。实际上这篇小说里的人物都是平面的，但这丝毫没有伤害主题的表达。这篇小说的情节
其实比较直截了当。如果用压缩细节的方式缩写，缩到5000字都不是没可能。但那样读起
来身临其境的感觉就会大为逊色。这种小说，最关键的，第一是想象力，第二是逻辑，第
三是描写的细致性。其他都是次要的。
这篇小说的情节我认为已经足够好了。难道通过光盘上的刻痕、再到网络上的暗语这样的
方式还不能体现出“透过制度的层层封锁”这 |

总是多注意怎么走 因为人多些 要注意任何方向的任何出现 夜晚走路却会多注意是什

是要比白天有那么些内涵.. 喜欢在黑夜中走路 会关注自己的每一步有时候小心翼翼却

弗朗哥政府和游击队之间的对持从没停息过, 而战争的牺牲者都是给执政的人
提供舞台, 成为发泄个体欲望的理由. 当人们厌倦战争, 失去亲人, 一切善良
都失去理性, 冷漠和背叛充斥着整个村落. 当全部的枪声都消逝后, 再无生息.
拍摄手法上和chocolate很象, 或者说因为都是南欧的小村落, 所以让人有相同
的感觉. 有时候电影的相似之处就是在任何环节都不忘记爱情的主题, 让你不
得不对许多影片的爱情感觉逐渐淡漠.
欧洲电影在拍摄上色彩总是相对饱满, 而且在技巧上比较成熟, 容易产生亲和力.
中国的片子虽然独成风格, 但无论在胶片质量还是拍摄手法上, 该有所改进. |

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡
女人祷告或是讲道，若不蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。因为这就如同剃了头发一样。 6
女人若不蒙着头，就该剪了头发。女人若以剪发剃发为羞愧，就该蒙着头。
这些经文意为，女人可以讲道（先知预言）只有蒙头（要不就剪头发）就可以了。与哥

穿HyperSpeed5已经一段时间了。昨天大雨中跑步，鞋子到今天早上还是湿漉漉的。
Asics很多鞋子都有可以拿出来的鞋垫，我忘记拿出来了。
不想穿湿鞋子，就找出我的黑色2130，她退休时候已经跑了接近700迈.
一穿上鞋子，突然明白啥叫作保护了，其实2130比Kayano已经少了很多support，还是
感觉我的脚是受宠若惊的意思，被包围保护的严严实实的。
但是一跑，就发现2140的鞋底真硬啊，几乎都不会跑步了。HyperSpeed5的鞋底是很柔
软的。
当时我第一次穿上HS5，心里还说，啥minimalist啊，和我其他的鞋子没啥区别吗。今
天我回头才知道，HS5和2130比起来简直就是乞丐啊，不要说和Kayano这种support之王相比了。
说句HS5的坏话，这鞋子只适合在晴天的水泥路上跑，否则都有问题。稍微路面有点湿
漉漉，隔着鞋底和鞋垫，我的厚袜子很快就湿了。
