dangerous. I tied each end of the ladder to something strong to make sure it
won't sway sideway. Then had 1-2 people holding the bottom to make sure it
won't slip away from the house. Since I have to do climbing quite often,
like repairing roof, cleaning gutter, painting trim, cleaning siding, so it
does save money to do it myself. Make sure you have a strong ladder, mine is
300lb rating, which will not sway much when you ar |

It is a work that get you killed or crippled easily if something goes wrong
and in my opinion it is the most dangerous work that you can do for your
house.
My roof is not that steep but still it is quite slippery. so I usually have
to lay on the roof and crawl instead of walk. I usually tie my ladder on
both sides and connect them with some strong holds so that the ladder won't

屋顶下来的下水管子肯定会延长一下把水引到里房子远一点的地方，这个没问题。
我本来准备沿着地势高的那一边和房子墙平行着挖一条沟或者french drain什么的，把
上游的水引走（据说大家都是把沟或者french drain的开口开到sideway上，相当于从
路边的下水道流走），这样房子地势高的那一侧可能会少一些流下来的水。可是后来觉
得french drain引走的只是地表的水（雨水什么的），不知道会不会对地下室有帮助。
因为那个地下室下面的水位貌似离地下室地面只有40厘米，而且别管下小雨还是晴天都
是一样。怎么才能判断地下室水位高是什么原因造成的呢？多谢您热心的答复！ |

我想加宽到20‘，这样停两辆车进出车门空间更大点。builder说要900，大伙觉得这个
价钱合适吗？我之前看到有的人加了500直接给concrete truck driver弄的，我这个
builder一切都走流程，所以没法直接跟driver联系而且材料也都是builder买好给
contractor才行。
之前在车库旁边加了个concrete slab是8块钱per sqft. 这样算下来的话加宽2'
driveway应该是640. 但不知道多出的260块钱用在那里了，也许是铺石头人工？ |

是苦砒霜都要看两个人的共同付出，甚至双方的家人。
若是自己连中学生守则，甚至小学生守则都做不到。那又要怎么言传身教地去当个好家
长，甚至是能带出遵守那些守则的好孩子的家长呢？
工作讲究有个技能列表，这样才能为雇主创造价值。
家庭的话，感觉也有一些事情需要掌握，才能保证以后能为家庭创造价值嘛~``
可是这个，学校不说爹妈也不教，朋友之间可能还喜欢攀比什么的。结果本来通过社会
洗礼、自我反省和不断改进后可以掌握多种技能创造美好生活的同学们，跳级成家，发

真损的话，就借下跌出货，套住抄底的，然后再往下，大萧条那会儿就是这样搞的。

Get Short Cotton on any rally
I like selling rallies now in Cotton.
Last Thursday, on the 31st, Cotton got very bullish numbers on that crop
report.
Since then it has moved sideways to lower. When a market gets bullish news
and does not rally, that is a sign of weakness.
For a good spec, consider buying CN 168 or 155 puts for the CN 168 put will
cost you 4k. the 155 put will cost you 2K.
Today is April 14th. These options expire in 57 days on Jun 10th.

The Japan situation. The direct impact of ~3 million $ decrease in per-unit based Japanese vendors is priced in.
The stock has been slipping downward on low volume. HFs seem staying put. With much uncertainty unresolved, it is likley that the stock will continue the current trend or trade sideways. Won't be surpised if March 16's low is re-tested. 40 is a level to watch. |

actually don't know why such ETF could not live up to its goal until you

1. E.W.的rule of alternation基本上算是成立了，wave2 sharp, wave 4 sideways.
2. 由于wave 3特别强，而wave 1只是wave 3的1/6，wave 5应该是个truncation，那就
