为了传播她提出的“Objectivism(客观主义)”哲学体系而写的。在这个哲学体系里，
世界/宇宙/现实是客观存在的，而人由于自身的缺陷，对于现实的观察是有偏差的。由
于我们不能绕过自身的观察而了解现实，因此现实本身是什么并没有那么重要，因为我
们永远不可能真正了解现实。而我们对于现实的观察所得到的结果才是最重要的，因为
这是我们唯一能够触摸到的东西。因此，那些宣扬以“了解宇宙真正的真理和现实”的
哲学体系，比如宗教和信仰，在她看来是毫无意义的。她认为，基于客观观察结论的客

牧师昨晚打出职业生涯最重要的一场胜利，让他重回千万全球喜爱他的球迷心中
这一球也是致敬帮主，help from the God!

其实这个shrug只能本能的表示运气好的一个动作(从两图对比看人在那个环境那个状态
下做出那样的动作可能是投篮后肌肉的应激反应)，但是确实非常帅，牧师毕竟是看着

weekly.
The one shrug variation I like best is Mountaindog shrugs - it's a regular
DB shrug but you would hold the contraction on the top for 3 seconds.
Deadlift and Farmer's walk are great trap builders too. |

我这有3条裙子，3双鞋子，和一堆accessories to choose from，这些东西我都会在照
片里乱搭配着奔出来，但奔出来的任何搭配都不是final的。请先建议穿哪条裙子，然
后再mix and match鞋子和accessories，建议一个combination。
裙子：
1 黑白礼服裙。。。穿起来更像是去banquet，但是又加我本来就胖，会有点显妇态
which i don't want，而且可能会over dress因为我估计其他一起去banquet的女生不
会穿得太隆重
2 全黑紧身裙。。。可能会有点太sexy，很显屁股，更像是去夜店，而且全黑，怕到时
候太多人穿全黑，因为没有color interest，而让人感觉这种颜色的黑色紧身裙非常千
篇一律，不够凸出
3 黑灰银休闲裙。。。这条其实我最喜欢，但这个就太休闲了，看起来也是最cheap缺
乏质感的，因为它基本上只有graphic，在用料和texture上都没有任何凸出的地方。白
菜来的，14块钱～

拉的太宽（horizontally)....
我记得你曲线很好，我觉得可以适当突出一下你下半身的曲线。
我觉得你那个 SHRUG 就配的很好，第一张没有 shrug的就显得上身比较壮。加了SHRUG
就显得苗条些了。视觉上注意力也不会集中在膀子上了。

是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

应该说medially rotate your shoulder against your cheek and temple whilst arm
being airborne。
加上medially，英语母语的人就明白旋转的方向：向身体中线旋进（斜方肌下束收缩）
，并且这个旋进是在空中完成。目的是把肩胛骨压进去，背阔肌连接肱骨上头在随后的
pull阶段可以没有障碍的发力（否则会有业余爱好者常见的肩下摩擦、拉扯痛感）。
检查动作是否做到了家，可以跟你儿子这么说：you should feel your scapula
released and lati dorsi takes over。
“shrug”不对。如果不适应在空中完成这个动作，可以在入水后完成，但是也不要
shrug，而要在沉肩和送肩的过程中完成旋进。
就6月的视频来看，我不觉得你儿子有这个问题。他的arm recovery和shoulder
rotation非常好，缺的只是三角肌前束的力量（中束和后束不错，动作非常稳定一致，

现实和虚拟的区别是不是本质的，我想这个论断也许可以从不同的方面
去论断，也许会得到不同的结论，我想说的是，现实的生命和虚拟的生命是存在
区别的，虚拟的生命也在消耗着你现实的生命，这并不意味着虚拟的你就一定和
虚伪、谎言等等挂钩，你在虚拟世界投入真情真意，正如你在没有BBS的日子里，
在其它的生命片段中所付出的..这里只是你生命和精神的部分延续而已，只是你
变幻万千的生活方式的选择之一而已，当你有选择机会的时候，你当然可以放弃
选择，你有这个自由，每个网人也都有这种选择的自由，重生的自由。所以，为
什么要象劝祥林嫂一样，你不要死啊..要珍惜啊..如果ta本人有这个愿望，为什
么要阻止Ta呢，Ta只需要几分钟的时间就可以改头换面的..

also, what i saw was, when men making $160K, they THINK they cool and
would NOT see there are many many other men in other industries that
easily make the same, or even more than they do. I saw men making $160K
ARE picky~~~~ oh well~~ xD what are you gonna do~~
