过去大概两周，体重基本没降。。。稳定在122。腰小了3cm，67。
很奇怪，因为没有怎么运动，偶尔按shrub的建议8min abs，主要靠节食，居然减维度
不减称？

NP，沿US-34西行，拐到US-40，大约八个小时(AAA估计，220-260MILES)，不到了DINOSAU
R，CO，拐到US-64上，就是DINOSAUR NATIONAL MONUMENT的VISITOR CENTER，在这里可以
去COLD DESERT TRAIL(1/2MILE，EASY)，看DESERT SHRUB.
沿Harpers Corner Road，还有一个Plug Hat Trail(1/4MILE，EASY)，过了ISLAND
OVERLOOK就进入了ECHO PARK，在Harpers Corner Road的尽头是2 mile long round trip

Desert Rose
This thick-stemmed succulent shrub is native to tropical and
sub-tropical Africa. Its stout, greyish-green stem bears
leaves clustered toward the top. The leaves, with a
prominent mid-vein, are dark glossy green above, and paler
beneath. The funnel-shaped flowers are bright rose-pink and
open in succession to provide a long blooming season.
Desert Rose should be exposed to full sun. It thrives in
porous soil with good drainage. Little fertilizer is needed. |

然后把杂花拔掉种上ROSE SHRUB，最后围EDGE。
还没有完工，大树下还要围一圈石头，MULCH也没铺完。先SHOW OFF一下，呵呵。EDGE
LG用两天下班回家到吃晚饭的间歇就围好了，赞一个。 |

specimen, also provide some privacy and shape if it is facing west. then
surround the tree with other shrubs and flowers of your choice.

书看看,有些基本概念,画出院子的光照
分布,然后早春到HD/Lowes/Pike 遛达一圈,记下各色喜欢的花花的标签说明,这些都是
肯定在本地长得好的品种.拿这些土
著先练练手不错的.和sales聊聊,可以得到好多推荐.然后回来整理个喜阴/喜阳/花期/
种植期的表.之后就是画种植方
案,perennial shrub为主,整治土地,挖坑种苗木,层次安排好,间隔要大,中间填补
annual,以后可以慢慢再加比较费事一些的
花木.这就是头一年的春夏了,期间要更新光照分布图(四季不同),选定秋季的品种,必要
时买种子育苗,折腾一番.晚秋就大面积
在草本的perennial间种各色bulb,因为这里能冬天开花的不多.
第一年最辛苦,还要经常调整计划,不过基础打好了最重要.第二年冬末开始育苗,种一些
网上买的品种.
还好前任屋主种的树都很大了.所以我们不用操心这个选择.但是在大树下面刨土真的是
很痛苦的经历! |

打理，不招虫，不会长的很高挡住窗户，因为朝西所以希望耐晒一些。
在walmart看见很便宜的boxwood（叶子小一些，如图），还有shrubs（叶子大一些），
我也不太懂这两种的区别
或者还有其他的更好选择，大家给点建议吧。谢谢啦 |

不行可以草坪里面嵌些踏脚的石头踩过去。
草坪尽可能方的把，那个圆角铺灌溉系统很不爽的。

大概特点：
10 inch deep 1" schedule 40 pipe
6 inch pop up, hunter MP rotators. 就是 胡core 说最省水那个。
1" Pressure vacuum breaker
Y filter before valve.
EZ FLO chemical injection system.
drip irrigation system, zone differently for flower and shrub.
internet irrigation controller. "irrigation caddy"
激动中。如果到时候天气还行我就可以种 tall fescue 了。不行就
明年。如果我看到 bermuda 卷土重来我就把整个草坪全部 round up.
和丫继续斗。有 EZ FLO 的好处是可以通过 irrigation 撒抑制
bermuda 的药。没准撒 roundup 也可以。可以在Browser 上面设个大大
