国内学的护理专业，毕业后在北京一家医院的医技科室悠闲地工作了将近10年。那时候
怎么也没想到过要来美国。命运就是在一瞬间转变的。我遇到了在国内度假的现在的老
公，于是我的生活从此改变。09年结婚后，2010年1月移民来的美国。自己相对还算独
立，而且不想做家庭主妇，所以借着国内的护理教育背景在去年8月考过了美国RN（注
册护士）执照、找到了工作，自己曾暗自庆幸，甚至觉得没有传说中异国他乡生存的艰
难不易。
上班之后才发现，生活是没有捷径的，所有异国生活需要走的路、经历的艰辛是无法避
免的。第一份工作很容易找到一家私立医院的CVOR（心脏手术室），那时觉得一切是
too perfect to be true,但工作1个月后，招我进来的manager就走了，加上自己是唯
一的外国人，而且语言确实有问题，心里真的很发虚，有一种深更半夜独自在荒郊野外
走地感觉，很不舒服，就quit掉了。
我对自己的语言能力真的很不自信，因为我从来就不会把一个完整的故事绘声绘色的讲
述出来。来美国后没有接受任何语言培训，我那点英文就是备战考board时学的。所以

俺估计你的老师想要的是从 look ahead 上找问题。什么 shift-reduce
conflict 上。这个可以直接从语法上判断，不需要举例。
简单说，shift 就是某句子还没结束，要继续读下去。reduce 就是该句子已经
结束。
决定 reduce 的是 reduce-set，也就是碰到某些 symbol 后，该 symbol 前的
一部分应该被 reduce 成一个句子。决定 shift 的是 look-ahead set ，也就
是看到某些 symbol 后，该 symbol 是现在正在可能出现的句子的一部分。在句
子中的任何一点都要计算这两个 set 。如果 look-ahead set 里面和 reduce-set

现在任何大公司做fuel cell commercialization的都会有一个很大的投入来做on
board reforming的，基本上一个PEMFC的动力体系里面是六个反应器：
steam reforming
water gas shift
low temperature water gas shift
PROX
fuel combustion
fuel cell
第一步是水汽重整：
CxHy+H2O->CO+H2
第二步是水煤气反应
CO+H2O->CO2+H2
这个反应是低温热力学有利，高温动力学有利，所以先有一个高温shift reactor迅速
完成大部分转化，然后换到一个低温shift reactor来完成剩下的转化
接下来是（在大量H2的存在下）选择性氧化CO（PReferencial OXidation of CO），从
shift reactor出来的气体大概有几百到几千ppm的CO，用PROX除掉
然后，剩下的气体就送去燃料电池了
最后，需要一个燃烧反应，在刚刚开启系统的时候提供初始能量，把上述反应器加热到
其工作温度 |

In some hospitals, they have pharmacists only work at night. But in some
