the plywood is still stained or painted because of mold, it will affect the

problem is whether you can find the problem of mold growing there and fix it.
阁楼长mold一般是因为通气较差，所以即便你除掉，也会长回来。所以重要的是通风要
搞好。

design 根本没有提到dry well/wet well
所谓第三层安全护罩并不像以后那样是球形，(其实是第四层，ceramic pellet,
zircalloy sheath, PHT, containment)，所谓的混凝土大碗也太离谱，石墨就是胡说
八道。爆炸破坏的是refueling platform above containment，关于切尔诺贝利的说法
也完全不对，地震级别的算法也不对，
电池也不能维持任何shut down cooling 8小时，电池主要是power control systems
，最后的处理也远非如此简单
总之小毛病太多。不过大意基本正确就是了
现在的关键问题是仍然不能维持堆芯水位稳定，证明LOCA尚未结束。究竟是供水问题还
是漏水问题不得而知。什么电源接口不对是胡说，但是海水也在几小时内用尽，更加不
可思议。反过来说，在两次爆炸以后放射level仍然很低 最高到660 micro，最新的231

屋主封了crawl space入口（就是用防火胶带把入口的门封了，然后重新粉刷了一趟，
还是去掉涂料胶带可以打开的），不知道这算不算依然让crawl space accessible.
当然买房之前不会让我们打开做inspection的
主要大力城的fire code的确说了insulated，所以来请教大家

这个中国handy man可能不太懂都有那些相关的活，明显经验不足，所以也就别请他了
，后续问题会很多。
white glove估的还算靠谱，这活，我要是给你干，虽然我从来没给别人干过，至少会
收1000工钱，并且得是现金。
我能想到的工作：
拆门，中间加一个stud，外墙的sheathing（ CDX plywood），weather tarp,上面金属
flashing，match siding（老房子的话，可能都找不到完全一样的siding了），
caulking, match paint,里面加insulation，drywall，match drywall texture,paint
the entire wall。在屋里干活要用plastic sheet把家具地毯全盖住，封内门，防止
尘土乱窜。
最后一个dump run把建筑垃圾全都倒掉。
如果有人报价800以下的工钱，你一定小心，多半不靠谱。 |

水长流，一时兴起或看到好丢，随时就入一把。时间长了，发现买刀花的钱，不在买枪
之下。
对大多数人来说，上百块钱一把的刀，主要还是买来把玩，不太舍得狠用。而几块十几
块钱一把的大路货，做工用钢什么的实在不敢恭维。但真是出野外，往往拿来用的又是
便宜刀。这里的矛盾在于，刀往往是最重要的工具，有时需要把个人生命托在刀上。刀
又是常常被abuse最厉害的工具，切割捅撬砸，不一而足。而且一个人需要很多把不同
的刀满足不同功能。除非土豪，很少有人买一堆每把几百块的刀来abuse. 有没有既便
宜又耐用的刀？有。以前介绍过的北美巴克、卡巴都是不错的选择。
但还有一个系列，甚至更加物美价廉，适合everyday use. 就是产自瑞典的北欧名刀：
摩拉刀 Morakniv。
摩拉刀有独特的北欧风格，刀面细，刀刃细，刀背细，做工也细，适合做细活。虽然不

1: 如果有垂直墙壁需要lead,必须要用dynamic rope.
***vertical or not, always use dynamic rope when leading***
2: dry rope vs. non-dry rope
***Dry ropes are coated with Teflon which not only repels moisture but also
allows grits or sharp particles make their way out of the strands more
easily than non-dry ropes. When choosing dry ropes, make sure the strands
are individually coated, not just the sheath***
