鸡是鸡丁，对不起，因为我买回来鸡胸肉都是先切好再根据分量分保鲜盒里冷冻，然后
吃的时候化一块就行了，平常都是宫保鸡之类的，所以都是切的鸡丁。
我的做法，管他对不对，反正我就叫他口水鸡了。
用料：淡鸟红油，蒜末，姜末，盐，生抽，醋，葱花，花生碎，花椒粉。
蒜末姜末我是用food processor打成蓉，然后用冻冰的冰格冷冻，吃的时候取一格，方
便保存，不会发霉（我离中国店远，姜蒜都是一次买很多回来慢慢吃，美国店的姜卖的
很贵，蒜时贵时便宜）。
花生碎和花椒粉也是打的，用瓶子装好冷藏，做凉拌菜的时候放一点很香，如果你喜欢
的话。
用红油下锅，一锅底，小火把蒜末姜末炒散。
鸡丁用开水焯一下，水开关火，等他焖一下，捞出，热水冲去血末。
鸡丁放在碗里，葱花、花生碎放在鸡丁上，把用红油炒好的姜末蒜末倒在上面，然后加
入盐、生抽、醋拌匀就好了。
味道是相当的好，我家领导深情的对我说，你怎么随手做个菜都这么好吃呢？嘿嘿。
另外附赠一个前天无聊煎的蛋。在这里要批判一下这个锅，calphone 2.5 quart

选的是C，题目和brainbench上的差不多，做的感觉一般，问了很多偏僻的C的用法，不
过最后还是过了。做完题第二天马上收到HR的信schedule phone interview,被安排在
本周店面。
interviewer是两个印度人，口音一般重，上来就问了最近的一个project,问得很
detail,花了大概10分钟左右。然后开始正式考察编程问题，并且问我对哪种语言最熟
悉，我仍然选择了C。题目比较简单，和板上大家讨论的差不多：
1. C基础问题，指针，malloc,realloc,free,比较shallow copy和deep copy传参，比
较heap和stack内存分配.
2. 实现 int sqrt(int); 我以前在micro-controller实现过，采用的是wiki上面的
babylonian算法（http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methods_of_computing_square_roots），不过似乎不是他们想要的方 |

重复字符串, 这个我说了哈希表和外部排序, 但是面试人说有更好的办法(后来想也许
是bloom filter), 然后追问外部排序的细节到结束. 估计要挂 :(
总结: 面试既是技术活, 又是运气活.
无论如何, 把我的准备工作放下面, 攒点rp, 希望对大家有所帮助.

Amazon 两轮：
Round 1:
1. C++ Copy Constructor, 包括接口和deep vs. shallow的区别，这题答得一般，有些
细节没搞得特别透彻
2. Hash Table的实现和技术要点 (仔细看过一遍wiki就没问题了）
3. Large file, multiple lines, how to get any line in equal probablity. 这题
可以问得很深入，比如文件太大内存无法装入如何办。
我回答的思路：
内存够文件内容就都装入内存，然后randomGenerator选一行,one pass
内存不够可以记录每行的偏移值在内存，这样之后可以fseek到那一行去读取
如果偏移值都放不下，可以divide into ranges, 当然这个range的stepsize不好选，可
以预估，也可以动态改变（到这一层其实大致给些思路就ok了）
