看如何定义bully， 一般来说会有派系斗争，新兵如果没人罩会比较惨，尤其是自我感
觉良好那种。。。。 但如果有啥特殊技能，人又不错的，一上来就被一些老兵叫来一
起做details 大家就都退一步了。
简单来说当年我有个新兵，啥事都问why, 我性子比较愿意解释，但是他就是拧，我们
也没那么多时间事事都解释。 我后来和班长提了一下，结果班长直接罚他去绕军营翻
起重机轮胎了。 他不服，去找排长，加罚1倍，去找1st sgt. 再加罚一倍。。。这算
bully 不 :-P
至于歧视，可以说有也可以说没有，因为派系斗争很多时候是肤色斗争，所以就是可有
可无的东西一般到不了你的头上（比如什么easy award, 除非遇到和你关系很好的 1st
sgt) 但是底线的东西line company肯定少不了你的。 里面亚裔受“歧视”自杀的案
例我看了看，很多时候是他们个人的问题，和军队歧视真不靠边。 因为军队里是
minority 和 女人不要招惹，否则没好果子吃
