雷的）在伊拉克呆过15个月（OIF III - IV)的。
当年自己class 22/375 因为对军队感兴趣曾经学校辅导员建议读西点的。不过提前体
会了ROTC以后还是决定当自己的小士官了。
从美军系统来看，军官一个是当传声筒，一个是要认识人（各种裙带）。而且美军是少
见的只有军功不能晋升将军，必须靠国会议员推荐的才行。 这样历史上超牛人 类似
Boyd 或者 米切尔（空中国防论提升者）都是出不了头的（都是典型为了真理脾气烂的
牛人）Boyd还是升上去以后被撸掉了将星。 而且军官晋升很多时候互相踩，一些比较
恶劣的军官靠牺牲手下博晋升的也不是没有。
不过士官竞争就公平很多，根据大家的职业（MOS）用各种标准排积分，然后分高的晋
升，凭本事吃饭。我个人性格更喜欢当士官。 lead by example, not by the bar.
至于歧视，可以说有也可以说没有，就是可有可无的东西一般到不了你的头上（比如什
