请问redbird的优势是啥？除了在target load. redbird可以load带PIN的visa，

，一个充值，一个退回（reversal)。再查VGC卡，显示在FamilyDollar交易成功，VGC

，算是小小的弥补一下amex。
我下班顺道的时候就喂喂鸟，所以serve一直带身上。但是serve不是呆逼卡买东西不需
要密码，也不是快递卡不是 0 liability。要是serve卡丢了，里面再有几千的余额，

ID），把手里的serve都连上了。进去看amex offer的时候发现几十个可以加的，这些
都在serve的网站上看不到。
这些offer基本都是各个地方的local餐馆，虽然并没有什么卵用，但是能加这些offer
也挺有意思的。 如果能更高的机会看到一些targeted offer，这个小trick也挺好的。
BTW，之前的帖子说过，newegg和airbnb的offer可以用这种方式看到。直接登录serve
是看不到的。只不过airbnb可能也用不了serve。 |

an oversize Head.
Other aspects to consider:
1) string tension - a tighter string helps the control and accuracy
of serve
2) string - a good string improves the spin and accuracy of serve
3) string pattern - open pattern improves the spin and accuracy
of serve
4) racket weight - this hardly has any effect, you just need to
get use to it.
5) technique - the most important aspect. You should be able to
serve well using any racket if you |

我的serve是属于flat serve那种。我的serve的问题多了，但最大的问题，是没有搔背
drop racquet的动作，无法把自己的力气充分发挥出来，用到挥拍上。
我的forehand是我自己的强项，具体体现在control和power还都ok。但forehand的动作
很不规范，看上去，就知道是没有跟coach正规的学过。我的forehand的问题是击球时
从身后引拍子幅度不够，没有舒展开来去充分swing, 同时在收拍子时的follow thru不
够到位。也就是说，我的forehand的整个swing幅度小，没有舒展开。因为我的arm比一
般的多数人要有力气，所有导致我过多地适用小臂的力量，击球点也距离自己的身体过
近了。
决心今后半年内，在和朋友打球时，在一下不重要的打球或比赛中，自己不去太在意比
分，要更多的注意自己的动作和姿势，去纠正自己的这些问题。如果姿势能得到改善，
时间长了，一旦改善后的姿势成了我的正常姿势了，那水平或许会稍稍提高一些呢。 |

发帖数: 16592 | 26 我非常喜欢那种可能有点下旋的侧旋，在双打中，对手基本没法拉起来，有上璇的
slice，对手还是有时间stretch out然后打cross court的，如果kick wide还low的话
，一般对手如果正手的slice return不够好的话，基本就是网前人拍死的命运了。当然
比较聪明的对手可以lob起来，那就是另一回事了。
单打的话，对手控制的好，可以靠回深底线dtl低球来neutralize这个发球，但是双打
因为网前人站那里，线路就被堵住了。
我现在刚刚开始学习这个发球，个别时候能发出这种感觉。基本不pronate，因为控制
不好，估计是时机就是timing不对，如果pronate的话，很多发成上璇。
我按照这个人的去做，比较容易发出有偏又低的侧旋。总体上发现筷子同学说的很对，
slice serve应该最先学，因为和topspin serve比要简单，我觉得虽然我现在还不能说
掌握了slice serve，但是开始有些入门了。不过一周多点的时间，和我学top spin
serve的入门时间相比，那是快了很多。不过也可能和我有topspin的基础有些关系。

一次是一年多前，按某个视频的指导，先在离网近的地方手靠拍面近练习，慢慢人后退
，手也慢慢后退到拍柄处。还找到一点感觉。
还有一次是上两周，按某个视频的指导，单膝跪地在底线发球。本来以为这个练习效果
会好，可是好像效果不佳，基本kick不起来。
改天上个视频请高手们指点一下。
有没看过我serve的高手指点说，kick serve要靠弯腰后绷直时的力量，我这种老腰反
向弯不过去，可以试着弯膝盖。拍子刷球时膝盖变直，也可以增加刷球的有效距离。在
拍头速度不变的情况下，应该会有改进。
slide serve是本能吧，刚摸拍子就是这种发球。 |

toss 的位置，（感觉Slice serve 抛球偏右前方一点容易发力一些），高度，
击球点等。还没顾上如何用腰腹力量。前段时间发Topspin serve比较多，感觉
比较费腰，希望Slice serve 能省点腰力。
我的ground stroke 还有不少问题，不太稳定，所以UE多。 |

绝大多数pro都是前一种，比如Federer, 小威 等。
1。 slice serve with pronation
2. slice serve without pronation
我会第二种，我感觉第二种容易掌握些。球落地后bounce 得低，向侧网skid更厉害。
第一种更有速度。第一种我还不会，还在学习体会。
你的是不是第一种？你的一发不用continental grip 吗？

内网的一台desktop安装serv-U，作为服务器端。内网地址：192.168.0.2
router的外网地址是24.250.x.x，做端口映射到desktop。
一开始我先把serv-U的端口设为21（默认端口）。
然后我用一台laptop连接24.250.x.x（软件flashfxp），一切正常。
flashfxp给出的一条信息是：
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (24,250,210,164,5,232)
接着我把serv-U的端口改成了2021（怕被人端口扫描嘛。）
然后再用laptop连，可以连接，可以登陆，但是到了列表就不行了。
仔细察看了flashfxp给出的信息，发现：
PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,0,2,6,9)
我想原因就是这个passive mode给出了不同的ip地址。
第一次给出的是外网地址，而第二次却给出了内网地址...
是什么原因呢？ |

股（通常应该是20或者22股）已经磨断了。
问题的要原因是在和roller接触的那一段没有serving，这是我发现磨损之后才发觉的
问题。手头上没有现成的serving材料，但是有渔线，有braided的Danyma线，和一般的
mono线。觉得mono的线应该更耐磨一些。于是用6磅的mono线做了一段serving。
不知道这个serving能抵挡多久，就当是练手。同时还在网上order了一付cable，等来
了之后换上。我是随便找的一家。兄弟们有啥推荐的？ |

Feb. 初load 了4个25 （从四个rebate card），结果说不行，要reverse,然后三个回
来了，有一个总不回来，打电话N 次，没有解决。然后将我的帐号关了。然后只好BBB
，终于解决了。serve
重新做了reverse,钱在今天回到卡上。
如果你的帐号还没有被关，你应该可以看出异常：那个出问题的reverse 的
transaction, 没有和卡号关联。其他的reverse / load 都和某个对应卡号关联的。
看来serve的倒闭是指日可待的事情，系统太破了！ |

如果visa card是在store买的，需要先在 https://mygift.giftcardmall.com/ 这个网
站注册一下你的visa card
地址要和serve的一样 之后再add
add的时候选择debit
ps, 用serve的好处是不必考虑amazon payment可能带来的tax问题，而且可以把小额的
card整合到一起；当然也有劣势，没有ap那么容易cash out，也不能同时有bluebird
card

mastercard不能用这种办法，所以有visa尽量买visa，没有的话master需要打电话去加

如果visa card是在网上买东西rebate得到的，那么可以直接加到serve里，因为这样的

serve系统提示：
We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please call Customer
Service at 1-800-954-4559.
这是因为周末晚上系统down了，还是我的账户出问题了？貌似我没收到任何serve发过
我的email警告信，serve账户里也没有什么警告。。 |
