虽然看这里似乎挺冷清的，但是我知道喜爱zumba的人一定都是热情热爱自由的人。
新人浇水响应下活动吧
Liz是个白人女生，来自Alabama。之前在本校读Master，为交学费在学校的gym教zumba
。虽然她经常抱怨学校的gym克扣她工资，但是她却一直坚持教授着zumba。她说她喜欢
带动大家开心地跳舞。
Liz平时就是个活力十足的女生，喜欢开玩笑，说话的时候会一直微笑。性格开朗，从
来没见过她sad的样子。很多经常去她的班的学生都渐渐成了她的朋友，她总是会快乐
地打个招呼轻轻拥抱下对方。每次的zumba class她都会标志性地做个简短介绍，在她
班里跳了一年，这些话都能背出来了。她总是说，‘Do not take yourself seriouly.

As to colts defense, you are right we don't blitz that much. It have a lot to
do with our players. I seriouly don't think we have a lb or db in our starting
lineup who can be effective in blitzing. That being said, our dline does
generate a lot of pressure once we have the lead. Ogden and freeney will be
really fun to watch. I think ogden when health, is one of the best LT in the
game, and freeney is without doubt the best pass rusher. I still think ogden
one-on-one |

postpone this event for 3 or 4 weeks. Very sorry about that.
It may give us more time prepare more and plan more on training for new
friends who are beginners. We feel the beginners are weak to understand and
handle the real danger. We should train them seriouly before let they try
some II+ or III river. We are working hard on it right now...
