Microsoft，校招投过也找别人refer过，可是一直没消息（没面试）。一块找工作的一
个同学和我情况差不多，他通过认识的Microsoft senior的朋友直接把简历给组里的
manager，很快就拿到面试了，我还在干着急。。。
所以很想在板上找个senior的大哥大姐帮忙推一下，最好是能直接给manager的那种，
因为感觉通过系统的refer那种有点不靠谱。我题目都刷的差不多了，简历感觉也还可
以。我想如果有人愿意帮一下，我可以先把简历发给你，如果你觉得可以再帮忙推，如
果觉得我水平差点不能推我也可以理解。渐渐感觉到新人找工作的辛苦了，虽然经历了

我在原帖会更正。其实L家级别对我来说不算大问题，只要package range对就好。
L家我是按 senior面的，没觉得简单。
G家按T5面的但是design3轮都没啥把握，两轮coding还好。
F家感觉也还好但是题明显比另外两家简单点，可能按E4面的。

他两个月前找的我，那时候还没刷好题就拖了拖，前两天回去找他，他说5月份的
hiring initiative，现在总部只招senior position了，只有其他office例如西雅图才
考虑less experienced。
辛辛苦苦刷了好一阵题，总算准备要面了，这可真是晴天霹雳。。。
lz是MS加3年经验，不算senior，但也不是new grad了。 有没有了解情况的同学来说说
，是不是FB真的全面改变hiring政策了，还是可以换个recruiter再试试看？ |

面了ms 新成立的一个组，做跟cloud 有点关系的职位,senior 。
结果 ms offer base 才给12 万。股票bonus 都是up to 15%-20% ,根据内部消息估计
最终实际能拿到10％左右 。
而且还需要relocate.
手里有别的湾区的offer, 相让hr match, hr 说不能match 那么高。但是12万真心太低
了。 各位板上大牛，ms senior 一般都多少钱呀。为啥给我如此之少。 |
