98一个排94，都是去年才进议会的，而且没有任何职务。他们支持3012是想赚政治资本
，之前并没有对技术移民的问题做过什么工作。
3012在senate还有半个支持者，就是chuck schumer，此公99年进议会，排名38，担任
rules和domestic政策小组主席，之前还当过18年众议员，资历很深。但后来他提了一
个Irish e3+非移的法案把3012绑上了，所以此公不会单独支持3012，而E3和非移现在
是poison pill，所以严格讲此公不算支持者。
除以上三公，senate没见有其他支持者 |

请问这个都是怎么办的？
小弱case NIW,等了好多好多年了（足足4年了有木有！！）终于赶在去年年底的
大潮把485交了，然后拿到receipt notice, 然后2月份finger print了,
结果就没有下文了！！
更悲催的是系统里居然查不到我们的case number。律师说这个有时候是因为
那些输入的人漏了把我们输入在系统里，反正就是说让我们静心等候，
然后等来等去都没有个下文。也不知道出了啥事情。
我们一个政界的人都不认识的说。怎么听起来好像这个找senate 来催这种事情是
很routine 的一件事情？怎么和他们联系？是找本地的senate 么？电话里
怎么个和他们说这个事情？ |

bill在非法移民的福利和边境安全上面继续给共和党面子，甚至最后McConnel也vote
yes，很可能boehner把bill拿到house表决，canter也会vote yes。
house的八人帮其实已经达成妥协，但是佩洛熙出来踩刹车，民主党先不在非法移民的
福利（health care)上面过多让步，也是等着看senate会有什么修改，然后再出牌。
现在主流和少壮共和党还是愿意合作的，mcconnel boehner canter paul-ryan等等，
没一个明确反对。
其实民主党这边底线很清楚，非法移民给身份，其他都可以让步。共和党在不断要价，
但是没有全力去kill这个bill。两边都在小心的博弈。 |

border security第一重要，支持piece meal的approach，再重申一遍不会拿senate
bill来投票。看来这些house leaders是被goodlatte统战到了piece meal一边。

it is the same as you call a tier 2 officer or request a SR. And the senator
's office will ask you to wait for at least the normal processing period
which is 4-6 months before you contact your senator. in general, it doesn't
