只为务求靠谱。跳蛙这个东西，总觉得不定因素太多，所以我基本不收货，而且卖自己
买的跳蛙，每个label都加了signature。当时是因为意外，缺失了几个，所以临时求购
，只求靠谱+迅速解决问题。

这是evil购买我电脑的日期。evil把电脑退给我的时候，懒到一定程度，都不打开看看
，里面放着当初自己卖给别人的时候，病人退货的RMA copy, 上面有购买日期是6/26/
2012.而且要求是replacement,于是evil作为seller很大度的给病人更换了。然后跑过
来evil我。 铁证如山，显然是以旧换新。
你可以一次evil成功，但是不能保证每次都不失手，只要你在ebiz这个圈子里混，就不
要做这种事，一旦发现，绝不留情的爆你。
你也不用联系我，我已经报告给amazon了，估计Amazon按照RMA找到你seller的账户是
易如反掌的事情。哥今天处理了几十个退货，也不在乎多一个，这个电脑自己修一下会
死啊？ 非得去evil别人？ |

不知道这是否对占据buy box时间有影响。

他看到这个seller卖这个东西，又看到有满足prime要求的，就以为都是一样的。不过

lz是filter prime only，其实是eligible for prime only，并没有排除并存的FBM
seller。这个产品虽然eligible for prime，但是他点进去的时候可能正好fbm占box了
，直接加cart，反正也是free 2-3 day shipping，就没注意变化 |

listing,一个是FBA (prime eligible),另一个是FBM (free priority shipping).你的
order肯定不是FBA的，这个不用纠缠了。有些商品有几十上百的seller在卖，product
page上不同的时候显示的卖家还不一定是谁呢。碰到这种情况，你千万不要以为卖家为
了躲你，连名字都改了。

这个evil很厉害，他先是寄了假的东西给buyer，把钱转走，然后buyer拿到不对的东西
开case，因为他不是new member所以钱不会被hold，被多人开case后顶多变成no
longer an ebay member。
ebay会要求buyer把东西退回，但seller提供的地址是永远无法delivered的，因为这种
东西肯定是用first class寄，用fc寄的一出国外就很难track，只要无法秀return
delivered的东西，seller就不用退钱。 |

第一个case是buyer看错，有一个东西model number是i345-1234之类的，buyer收到非
说以为是i3的cpu，可是listing里面从来说的是另一种cpu。 buyer还开case，说是not
as described（自己看错的也能说是not as described），我同意退货，然后buyer等
东西一deliver就直接escalate，然后ebay就判我输，这样final value fee拿不到，还
亏了运费，幸好东西还没开封。
第二个case是buyer还是看错，有一个东西不是touch screen，buyer自己说以为是
touch screen，而且还是overnight寄的。我接受退货，丫要退全款（包括expedited运
费），我就扣了restockcing fee，buyer于是开case，当然不说是自己看错，而是说
not as described，东西不是sealed（这个谁也没证据），等了几天escalate，然后
ebay又判我输。于是又损失运费(>$60)+ final value fee... 阅读全帖 |
