扭火花塞的torque一般在20-30Nm，所以正常的火花塞取出来不会费劲。
拔出ignition coils，一个一个缸来，不要混再一起
在火花塞头部的螺纹处涂anti-seize，一是绝缘，二是下次容易取出。
必须要torque wrench，之前我hand tight火花塞，造成气缸轻微leak。
在coil前端的plastic boot涂silicone release或者dielectric release，作用同anti
-seize。 |

另外，本田车出厂时，很多时候火花塞是不上anti seize compound的（本田省钱的老
习惯），里面的NGK火花塞80~90K才换，现在最好取出来涂一点anti seize compound，
别等锈死在里面时哭死。 |

At 45K, you should change ATF. No need to flush, just drain and fill 3

re-suface 一般车厂$10,老中车厂可能更便宜， O'Reilly Auto这种很贵的店也才 $15
做完的平整度和新的一样。可re-surface多次。
当然楼主想换全新set是另一回事
要自己拆下来送过去，看见不少人只有一辆车，就在商店的停车厂自己加起车来拆轮子
只要稍看看网上修disk brake的视频就知道，seized pin 很常见
另外pin rubber tube 一定要用silicone lube,
不能用petroleum-based lubricants,如果用了以后还会 seize，
pin rubber tube还会被腐蚀导致泄漏。 |

我们因为在医院里面就不满意所有检测都作了结果没有诊断（包括肝活检），所以早早
回家等肝。等的过程我们就是食疗，因为相信宝宝是未确诊的代谢病。结果宝宝竟然逐
渐好起来了。然后我们跟医院联系希望继续诊断，结果最后收集证据越来越明晰的情况
下，医院忽然说再也不做这方面检测，在没有任何诊断lab的情况下明确排出代谢病。
这个资料我们都自己看了，研究了。我们认为根据目前的记录，宝宝是代谢病，一般只
造成肝肿大，因为西雅图儿童医院耽误结果造成晚期肝硬化。
然后我们就找其他医生，希望order diagnostic lab。根本找不到，医院横加干涉，然
后医生们都怕得要死。都不敢说话。不过有的好心医生嘴上说不用再测了，都在那里了
，你其实该打官司了；还有个医生打算order了，被大老板给制止了。也有second

sex from a 13-year-old girl he met on the Internet, police said.
But his partner in the illicit flirtation on a commonly used chat room was a
police officer with the recently formed Kankakee County Cyber Crimes Task
Force, law enforcement officials announced at a Tuesday press conference.

美国FDA华裔化学家因内线交易被判刑 罚没380万非法利益
美国食品暨药物管理局(FDA)前华裔化学家梁诚一(Cheng Yi Liang，音译)，因屡
次利用与职务有关的非公开资料从事内线交易，5日获判五年徒刑。他从内线交易获得
的380万元非法利益也被下令没收。
助理司法部长布鲁尔(Lanny Breuer)说：「梁诚一利用在FDA担任化学家接触的敏
感内线资料，从制药业股票市场获得不法利益。他多年来利用在FDA的职务在股市轻易
赚钱，可是今天的判刑显示这种做法的后果。」
卫生福利部督察长办公室特别探员马隆(Elton Malone)说：「梁某利用敏感的内线
资料大胆谋利。他不知道调查人员早就利用先进科技工具发掘和追踪犯罪行为。我们将
继续坚持联邦员工遵守最高标准。」

收到US Fish& WildLife Service 的一封信，大概意思是说属于违法行为，Failure to
comply with requirements for trading internationally in roots of American
ginseng. Specifically, attempt to export a CITES plant without the required
CITES export permit.
还说怀疑我有商业用途。也许是因为我写的是朋友工作单位的地址？？然后告诉我我可
