company. I am Seattle based but could not gather much information on Google
compensation level in Seattle bbs except that somebody told me it is the
same for Seattle and Bay Area and I should come her to ask.

我一个朋友，美国CS master,7年美国业界SDE工作经验，猎头说，everybody would pay you
110K-130K.
微软给了他sdet offer, 90K base, level 60. 限他48小时内必须作决定，否则取消offer.
WTF..
另一个大公司给了他offer 120k base.他最后据了这公司的offer，cancel了十几个其他公司（包
括Google)的onsite interview邀请, (微软给的时间太紧，来不及去其他公司onsite),接受了微
软的offer.
我说，如果我是你，我不去微软。
他说，It has been my dream to work for Microsoft.
