nature's miracle味道其实挺重的，又一次我实在受不了就用scrubbing bubbles喷了
下，没想到味道一下子就去掉了，不能说一点点儿味儿都没有了，但比nature's
miracle的效果明显很多。
只不过我是在厕所的瓷砖上喷的，车座的话，估计就不能用scrubbing bubbles了，不
过或许有类似东西，不会伤皮革的。 |

上搜不到相关帖子），简单地小结一下。一句话就是，RAID repair/extend是最耗时的
，而且在DSM的限制下只能顺序做而不能并行，为了节省时间、pipeline你的操作，最
好把repair/extend放在最后做。如果顺序不对，三天就可以完成的操作可能要等一周
以上。
具体来说（尼玛为什么找不到文档和讨论），就是，如果某一个 disk group 在repair
/extend的时候，下述操作是允许的：
0. Perform data scrubbing on another disk group
但下述操作均不被DSM允许，必须要等当前disk group repair完：
1. 终止repair/extend该disk group——唯一的终止办法是强行拔出该disk group里所
有硬盘，crash掉重来。
2. Repair/extend其他disk group——必须一个disk group一个disk group地顺序
repair，无法同时做。

，我们这个学校哈，每个学期都要求学生买几门课的HESI(either case study or exam
)。近$50一门，还好啦，比起以前的什么$100的瞎编的medspub要好多了。。。
然后把，各种各样的活动都要另外交钱，seminar啦，convention啦。要求你买统一的
scrub啦，nicu还要不同的scrub啦，bp cuff用了一个学期也不用了，现在毕业，gown,
cord, sigma theta tau, 那是没得选了。。。
看看那些学accoutning的本科朋友，除了书啥都不用买，要求的学分都比我们少了一半
。。。
nursing 真花钱啊。不过我也不停的安慰自己，马上就好了，有了工作半年一年就挣出
来了， 两年就有买房的down pay了，哈哈，很阿Q吧？ |

scrub都很干净，穿了中午出去吃饭逛街都没关系。
我觉得医院里的RN估计不会有时间出去逛街的啊，除非上班前。上班的时候一天回来就
觉得自己的衣服很脏，到家第一件事情就是换衣服洗澡，哪里还会穿着那些衣服逛街啊
。。。 |

美国护士的劳动防护应该还好吧，一旦培养有了传染性病原体，立刻就应该隔离，工作
当初还是严格遵守隔离制度、勤洗手，应该问题不大。 |

一个手术室最重要的就是外科医生，好比一个诊所最重要的就是医生。没有外科医生，
其他手术室的工作人员都英雄无用武之地，诊所也一样。所以其他的辅助工作人员很容
易被替换。一个诊所可以解雇所有的员工就是不能解雇医生。同样，手术室里外科医生
就是中心，其他的都是围绕着他/她转。
不管中国还是美国，麻醉都是辅助，经常就是外科医生骂麻醉医生像骂孙子一样。
而FNP是百搭。哪里都需要。精神病院也要。监狱也要。养老院也要。邮轮也要。有
refer 病人的权力。
这个人神公愤的abscess， 就给这个医生吧。听说他手最近有点抖。只能做这种手术。
我refer 的时候， 想一想。这个女病人，还是找一个帅哥外科医生可以增加幸福感。
好， 这$1000 就某某的了。
听话的外科医生我们让他发财，听话的心脏内科医生让他发财。
有一次一个女外科医生不肯来医院看病人。我就直接打电话给她。跟她说： I need
you badly. 她乖乖的来医院做手术。
有一个外科医生脑子不正常。就再不用了。
哪个外科医生不懂事。以后就不refer.

这个月轮到普通外科。时间上远远不如上个月的急诊那么灵活，基本上就是早６到晚６
，呜呜。不过比起外科的住院医生来说，我的工作时间和强度已经算宽松的了。
普外的医生在这里做得比较多的手术，包括疝气，肠道切除，胆囊切除, breast
biopsy，褥疮手术等。都不算是特别难，时间也不算长。收入跟工作努力的程度联系得
非常密切，有的天天工作到晚上９点，做七八个手术，有的之安排半天手术，２－３个
而已。
在学生的时候，对普外的那一个月，算是又爱又恨吧。那时候挺着六个多月的大肚子，
每天早晨５点半准时开始在病房看病号，好多人还在睡梦中呢。看过病人后在病例里面
写下简短的note，外科的比内科的简单多了。
７点的时候，就跑到pre-op区，看第一个要做手术的病人，然后就准备洗手进入手术室
了。那个时候特别好强，被问到是否想scrub in surgery的时候，从来都是一样的回答
：“yes!”。。。穿了一整个月的scrubs，把裤子的抽带系到很高的位置，好象毛主席
那样，哈。
