那个味道,很舒服甜静的感觉..开始刚刚拿到的时候发现是suger

在列出东东之前，先说说我的皮肤状况和一些比较注重的地方。我24岁，皮肤属于偏干
型，但是T字区域和发际线周围经常长痘。在亚洲人里算白的，可是有挺多小雀斑和小
痣在脸上。近两年开始有了黑眼圈和眼袋，睡好了不是很明显。最大的难题是嘴唇非常
干，就连夏天都会掉皮开裂，可能与喝水不够有关。我已经和这个难题斗争了将近十年
了，尤其是近两年有时会涂唇彩，这个问题就更明显了。另外，因为还年轻，我尽量看
到针对成熟女性的品牌和去皱产品就绕道走，我也不尝试有美白功能的东东，有点害怕
里面会含致癌的成分。

scrub本身应该是个只读的过程. 但是据说如果scrub
的过程中如果正好内存出错, zfs会认为是磁盘数据错了,
然后把错误数据写入磁盘.
一般如果只是存数据,读得不是太厉害的,scrub操作的
吞吐量会远超过实际磁盘读写的量, 所以内存出错的
概率会急剧提高. 这个据我理解就是为什么zfs+non-ecc
比non-zfs + non-ecc还要差的原因.
按我24T的需求, 光32G ECC内存就得$350.
综上, 穷人zfs还是算了. |

You may want to get an 80 grit sand paper and scour the pot if it's new and
unpolished, if you want to be 100% natural - use kosher salt. Your arms will
appreciate the sand paper--much faster and less work. Unpolished is common

洁的环境。每次看见了穿着scrubs到处溜达的医生，就感觉莫名其妙。当医生的都有自
己换衣服的地方，难道就不能换成便装出门？还非要把医院里面的各种传染病和病菌带
到外面来？就算不为外人考虑，也别把不干净的东西带到家里啊？病人怎么想？这身衣
服指不定刚刚在外面沾了什么脏东西，抵抗力正虚弱的病人肯定也不想被传染什么其他
的病菌。 还有几次听诊器就挂在脖子上，随时就可以给人看急诊 |

进入正题说说stock refinishing。在正式动手前在youtube上看了不少教程，综合了各
家的意见，在一个阳光明妹的下午，哥们儿我动手了。
大体步骤：1）清除原漆；2）打磨；3）上stain；4）上coating。
1）清除原漆需要的材料工具：手套，大点的容器，开水，刷子，任何品牌的degreaser
（我用的是Krud Kutter）.
开水给枪托湿身，喷degreaser全身，静候10分钟，就开始scrub, scrub, scrub… 直
到黄水滴下，反复这个步骤，整个过程约2-3小时。
差不多洗出枪托原木的颜色作罢，栓小绳找地方挂起来阴干。
2）等2-3小时，表面干得差不多。开始打磨。
3M 60 grit或80 grit砂纸all over，再240 grit all over，最后600 grit结尾。注意
要顺着木纹擦，否则会留下明显的磨痕。全手工打磨，耗时约2-3小时，视熟练程度。
打磨完毕后清水冲去屑末，再吊起来阴干。这次要24小时干透才好。这基本上是第一天
/三天的功夫。

发帖数: 3857 | 42 还记得若干天以前有一个mm贴了关于黑头贴的文章，那个时候才仔细看看自己的鼻子，
嗯！！发现貌似我也是有点点黑头的，不过不严重，主要在鼻翼
读了精华区以后，不敢用鼻贴那么严重的冬冬，害怕会变大毛孔，所以尝试了几种
scrub还有鸡蛋清面膜方法,Olay的这个scrub不贵，又好用的，然后鸡蛋清对于除我的
黑头也很管用，所以两者合一，强烈推荐
mm们要是黑头不明显，就先用用这两种方法，每天洗脸的时候，多仔细鼻翼两侧，我觉
得问题都会改善的 ：）
推荐一个Olay便宜好用的scrub |

下雪还是阴天，都要在白天擦防晒霜。我脸上一年四季用spf40的，在夏天出门我会擦

good for your skin. Simplest one is just to mix olive oil (or coconut oil,
or other carrier oils) with brown sugar (or white sugar). You can Google "
sugar scrub" to find many recipes. Olive oil is wonderful for winter time,
for summer I suppose coconut oil or jojoba oil might be better. Don't be
afraid of using oils, after you scrub you'd simply rinse off or wipe away
residue oil with a wash cloth. |

就是scrubs...
而且我想你們的OR部門應該也有免費提供你們醫院的standard scrubs...
只是比較醜 surgeon會穿 護士比較少會想穿
我除了有一兩次 下大雨褲子腳腳那裏濕了
才拿來換穿
下班後 就丟在醫院的髒衣籃裡就可以嘞
鞋子 就舒適就成
很多護士會搭配scrubs的顏色 |

Juniper过不了Sierra Nevada山脉所以南加都是Oak Titmouse.
它们长的没什么区别,不久前还当作一种.
大概DNA发现它们已经被Sierra隔开很久了就分了.
类似的还有Western Scrub-Jay, Island Scrub-Jay 和 Florida Scrub-Jay的分离. |

对,迷了一阵了
这个我没用过,我只有在用这个系列的olive face
scrub,味道好,效果好..不过如果immortelle也有scrub的话,我可能会换哦..
但是olive的东东偶也都喜欢,那个bodyshop的olive body butter and body scrub,偶在
年初他们promotion的时候都抢了2盒呢,赫赫,63%off,赚了很是美了一阵..:p |
