束，根据传出来的消息看：
1、我狮的首发防守将会比较SOLID，甚至可能是BIG里前3-5的水平。整个防守队伍里，
DL最整齐，DEPTH也不错；后场也不错；LB首发不错，DEPTH不行；新生TROY REEDER打
MLB，表现抢眼，有希望提供QUALITY TIME。
2、我狮的进攻不行，在SCRIMMAGE中明显被防守压制。关键在于OL不行，WR也是新人多
多。HACK很多次找TE。替补QB现在看起来有可能是MCSORLEY，因为他属于比较MOBILE的
类型，教练组怕OL防不住，希望他能跑出点机会来。如果MCSORLEY做替补,O'CONNOER很
可能REDSHIRT。
3、我狮的特勤组明显好过去年。这算不上什么，因为去年的特勤组是全BIG最烂的。

1月份到4月份踢室内联赛，成绩中游，周中有跟本地正式队伍训练
3月9日华人比赛 哥伦布室内6人制找丢杯比赛，参加MUTL联队，亚军
5月份国殇节华人比赛 休斯顿 美南杯 组织飞鹰网联队，小组没有出线
6月份 开始踢本地区联赛，开始长年周六周日跟牙买加人队scrimmage，开始周二周四
和本地球痞scrimmage
9月份劳工节华人比赛 芝加哥 参加美中华联队踢美中杯，冠军
10月份 本地区联赛冠军，本地室内联赛第一季开踢
11月份华人比赛 天气酷冷，特拉华，参加清华老兵队美东杯，冠军。半决赛被红牌罚
下。
12月份 本地室内联赛第一季 冠军
本地联赛队伍踢联赛是最好的锻炼，90分钟，11人制，队伍多，比赛多，跨越时间长，
每周都一起SCRIMMAGE, 除了常规赛季还有季后赛。强烈建议大家多踢联赛，和踢杯赛
出来一起交流提高。

别越来越高，每一项运动投入的时间也需要越来越多。所以现在只能主攻一项了，大宝
自己选择了篮球。
宝爸对大宝的热爱和大宝对篮球的热情，使得他们整天泡在篮球场。一周平均3-4次室
内的训练和比赛，周末得空还去室外找小朋友打scrimmage。于是受伤就接踵而来。现
在说的是一次粗糙的水泥地上被人撞翻后，手肘磨破一大块的情况。看上去是外伤，孩
子也不在意，包扎完了继续去打。但由于处理不当，花了半个多月才好。而且若不是后
期我们调整了方法，肯定要花更多时间，而且有溃烂发炎的可能。我这里分享一下我们
的体会和经验，希望对其他家长有所帮助。
第一步处理，肯定是擦拭伤口，去除不洁物。最好用酒精纸，Alcohol Prep Pads，痛
是会痛一下的。实在没有，就用干净的纸巾浸上饮用水擦拭。还要配合用Anti-
Bacterial + Pain Relief的spray或者cream。再用纱布包扎一下。血水渗过之后，最
好再能换一下纱布。第一步我们的处理没有问题。

肚皮他们酱油篮球队今年新来了一个小黑。第一次见面的时候我还心里嘀咕，教练怎么
挑了这么瘦小的一个娃。结果第一次训练就把我给震了，那个篮球在他手里，简直就跟
有了生命一样，运球那叫一个老练，投篮随手就是一个三分。抢篮板，明明他最矮，可
是他随便一个扭身就把球拿到手了。
回来肚皮跟我说，人家矮是因为他只有7岁！肚皮9岁跟他一样高 ：（
练习赛scrimmage，小黑不在首发阵容里面。等第二个quarter B team他上场，我都不
忍心看了，完全就是一场屠杀。这个队去年我们打的时候，差两分输给人家，昨天
scrimmage的结果，肚皮说是70：23。
我跟肚皮开玩笑说，没准将来你也能跟人吹牛，说自己曾经跟NBA高手打过球。
虽然大家都看好小黑是将来的NBA新星，但是毕竟只有7岁而且第一次打league，所以教
练还是安排他在B team，第二和第四个quarter上场。所以今年我们队出现一个非常奇

每种 formation 大不相同. 在 line of scrimmage 上有七人通常最左和最右是可以合
法接球的.
但是你七人背号都在 50 ~ 79 号之间, 通常不能接球. 想要最左或最右, 号码在 50 ~
79 之间接球的话必须事先告知裁判 make them eligible.
Section 2, Article 5 里有说到为了避免混淆视听, 造成防守方的困扰. 在开球前要
尽量往球场中央踏入场上的码数标记才算是 legal substitution
通常可以直接留下参加进攻. 如果有折到外面参加下次进攻很多时候应该是教练改变心
意, 如不打算换人等
第三个问题我猜助跑後虽然可以跳的高ㄧ点, 但是时间上比立定跳要久
当球成抛物线踢出後, 过的时间越长球越高拦截不到. 另外别忘了 long snapper 和防
守球员在的 Line of scrimmage 离 kicker 通常有 7 ~ 8 yards 远 (21 到 24 英呎)
球飞的过高了再怎麽跳也碰不到. 立定跳拦截减少花费的时间. 球离地上较近时比较有

94年上半赛季那些个防守大腕还处在各自为战状态，
没有形成战斗力，需要时间磨合。
正当niners需要进攻挑大梁，为防守争取时间的时候，
进攻也出现了问题。脆弱的OL多米诺骨牌似的一个个倒下了，
在第五周对费城老鹰队的比赛中，
五名主力进攻线人一个不剩全都上不了场。
统治line of scrimmage不是万能呢，
但没有line of scrimmage却是万万不能的，

四quarter基本完败, Ingram跑疯了, 根本抵挡不住(希望最后的左膝的伤没事),
Secondary还是很好的完成的任务, 几个deep throw也是没有办法. 本来指望能够有一
次interception扰乱对方Freshman QB的节奏也未能如愿. Offense还是需要磨合,
Oline 除了最后已经没有momentum之外还算达到自己水平了(尤其是Ryan Williams很有
培养前途). 看看和Bama Dline 的体重差距, 让我有种年初我们打Cinncy时候的感觉.
Receiver和Taylor的配合见到这么强的defense肯定打不出训练的感觉. Special Team
超额完成任务, 两次fumble丢掉了一些momentum,但是终究不是决定比赛的因素, 还是
败在line of scrimmage上了.
两队奉献了一场异常精彩的比赛, 希望在各自Conference比赛里好运!!!!!

NCAA的相关规则，拷贝如下。只做参考。规则说要距离接球队员1码之外，没有说必须
Touch才算。（b. It is an interference foul if, before the receiver touches

外的情况也有可能发生，但是也不太常见，因为没有机会接到球的人一般不会去举手，

知道自己队友是否决定要跑。这个动作应该是负责接球的人来完成。但是不排除实现商
量好的例外，其他人的手势与接球人无关。
根据2015 NCCA 足球规则中的 section 8.

最近内敛,一直在发展胸部力量,冲击205磅，早日完成225磅。一不小心队长发来邮件,
繁忙的一周。
Here's what we got for this week:
Monday: scrimmage 8:30-10:30 in XXX against a local men's team. Playing time
will mostly be based on who's been coming out to practice, but everyone
should be able to get a lot of minutes. Usually really good games against
these guys.
Wednesday: practice 8:00-10:00 in XXX. Come.
Friday: 7:00 scrimmage against XXX State. Still determining the field.
Probably on XXX turf.

一个队去试了。
她tryout的第一个队是同龄队。gold level，下赛季premier。有两个主力队员是现在
教练带过的。教练说她比她们强，scrimmage的时候她和队里9个队员分成两边，攻进球
很多球（她说有10个，我自己在玩，7个是有的）。换了几个人防她。
另外一个是大一年的。教练说她在那个队绝对是好的。
其他队都大致看过或查过，合适的在附近的似乎没有。谁知道呢，过两个星期会有另外
一个俱乐部队和我们scrimmage。其实也是想来招人的。 |

发帖数: 8613 | 49 再提一下play up和踢足球特别容易有时间冲突的这事儿。
现在小孩在参加两个队，一个是老队，另一个是club的队。老队里一大半球员同时在几
个club里（U11到U14!），大家相处特别快乐（这比她加入或接触过的其它任何队都强
），
比赛比较多（教练的人缘很广，有时找周边的一些club队scrimmage），但是大家在各
自的club的schedule有很多冲突，因此这个赛季后就会有不少球员离开（但是以后会回
去作为guests参加比赛）。
我小孩其它的schedule还与新的club U11队的训练有冲突，因此她暂时主要是在club的
U13的二队训练。（完全是教练安排的，教练觉得她没有问题。确实没有。但是这个队
的技术比她自己的队差点。）这个U13队里有5个球员在play up（队里有三个小孩认识
的球员）。第一次训练就与U14的三队scrimmage，发现老队的一个队友就在那个U14队
里。（那个队友在老队play down一个多月。）这样看来，这个俱乐部里play up的小孩
特别多。
踢足球确实需要家庭付出很多时间。如果小孩要参加其它集体性活动，比如中文学校或
