个会议的间隙向道琼斯通讯社(Dow Jones Newswires)表示，他预计5月份中国的消费者
价格指数(CPI)升幅将超过4月份的8.5%。
辜胜阻预计，地震对中国经济数据的影响至少将持续一个季度。
全国人大财经委经济室副主任李命志在同一个会议上表示，地震对中国经济实力和生产
率的破坏不大。
但李命志表示，将全年CPI升幅控制在政府设定的目标4.8%以内将是困难的，尽管CPI升
幅在下半年可能会下降。

As long as there is a signature, that should be fine. Your dept chair should
be OK.
Essentially they are the same, all living on soft money, but most of the
time, a postdoctoral fellow == postdoctoral associate position comes out
of a grant that the professor just obtained. The duty of this postdoc is
closely linked to this specific project. Term is usaually fixed, like 2
years, or 3 years.

刚博士毕业一年半载，博士后期间还没有任何成就，但是博士期间做的多。有些问题请教
（1）10篇文章，七篇一作（IF2-5之间），一篇三作，一篇四作（中国硕士期间），一篇中文（硕士）一作。文章是否足够，虽然IF比较低？
（2）citation，七篇一作共140，所有的180，
（3）有5000人大会内部小分会发给的三个奖。一个小奖无非就是best poster之类；一个小奖是支持小分会的公司给发的award。这两个感觉并没有什么竞争对手，所以觉得不够强；另一个奖有点像funding application，我写了个proposal，小分会给了3000刀给我做实验，结果发表了一篇文章。这个是否能叫做funding？
（4）Reviewer 13次（IF都不高，五个杂志）。其中6个是从一个IF2的在我们领域比较一般的杂志来的。是否够了？
（5）meida report （学校网页第一个，然后Sciene daily等十五个网站报道，有我名字提到一次）。但是我觉得像science daily只是像转载了一下，不知道是否能claim；

但是看抬头好像是assistant貌似没有这么大的能量
学校通常有龟腚，eb1b和title有关，你至少不能是postdoc的字样，要research scien
tist或者其他更高大上的title。还有通常要H签证三年以上（也就是第二轮H）才给考虑
eb1b。
当然，你去的地方也许是特殊规定，去了就能办，但是貌似这样的地方已经没咋听说过
了 |

争第一枪的地方， 走一走freedom trail，如果是12月31号的话，还可以去boston com
mon看一看冰雕以及first night。再去著名的wellesley女校转转。对了，Harvard SQ里
的John Harvard's酒吧可以一去。他们家自己酿的啤酒，每天口味都不一样。哈佛的铜像
并不是哈佛本人，而是找了个年轻的帅小伙，照着他的样子给塑了个铜像。

关于跳神，您说是低级招灵，根据是您的“师傅讲的”。
罗素有个著名论断，假命题包含任何命题。您这句话可以
打遍天下，毕竟是“师傅”讲的。娑婆世界的距离单位被
误用成时间单位，能够解释为是因为娑婆和其他世界的不一致

主元神也没关系。和尚尼姑要死，但是有病要治，
药王药上二菩萨更是在尝人间百草中而悟道的。
儒家讲不唯上，不唯书，要唯实。
佛家讲依智不依识，依了义不依不了义，依法不依人，依义不依语，
这四依四不依，即便拿到现代科学角度上去，也站的住脚。这也是
为什么佛法和科学能够相得益彰，也是为什么今年的科学杂志(SCIEN
CE， 2000)上能够
出现佛像。

通常，有些杂志和会议对所列文献的数目有个大致上限(比如在一页之内)的规定，有些re
search
paper发表的地方不对(会议或杂志声誉不好/一般，或者很少有人阅读这个proceeding和
杂志)，就算你是看过那个文章，都可以drop了而没事。反之，有些paper也许质量一般，
而且哪怕和你的东西相关性不是太大，但发在top/famous的地方。，还是要引用，否则别
人就会说。这里基本的假设是，圈内人都会看那些好的杂志和会议，所以应该知道，否则
影响reputation。这也就是为什么大家挤破头想发在top的地方，因为suupose看的人多，
所以被引用机会多(因为圈内的logic倾向于要大家引用这些地方的文章)。。反正大概有
一个正相关在里面。
象在美国读博的，有几个人会阅读国内哪怕是NO.1的journal呢？更谈不上引用了。scien
ce in china恐怕在这边都很难找到订阅的。有些工作可能国内的人领先国际做了，但如
果发在国内，就算以后国外的人漏了，不会影响什么声誉。。。如果有人为此特意通知 |
