不知道本版有没有人认识。
University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 访问学者Fan Xia，
参与gift card scam被捕，而且被定罪convicted。
他们是这么操作的：
1，印度的人给美国受害者打电话，骗说欠IRS的钱，让受害者去买target gift card。
2，受害者把买来的Target gift card告诉印度骗子。
3，印度骗子把Target gift card 告诉Fan Xia。
4，Fan Xia 去Target用骗来的Target gift card买iTunes gift card。
5，Fan Xia 再把iTunes gift card告诉中国的销售商。
6，中国的销售商把iTunes gift card卖给消费者。
我只能说，这是个败类。

Chen）可能参与了去年12月在Target商场盗刷顾客信用卡事件。
证词称，警方相信陈国兴也参与了大规模的盗窃Target连锁商场信息的事件，那次信息
被盗给Target公司造成超过7000万美元的损失。

觉得很蹊跷，问大家有类似经历吗？
ps：以前被一个scam网站欺诈过，我非常二的在注册过程中老实输了信用卡信息，还好

people, and that's why you have to calculate DCF and earnings per share.
Actually the cost is lower to compensate this way rather than using salary
if you calculate the cost per share.
it would be a scam if they don't count these shares in their report, but
they are required to do so.

明天会将信发给USCIS。如过SUCIS没有正式的回复，会再联系本州的议员，通过他们给
USCIS加压获得回复。我认为这是保护同胞利益不被侵犯的正确的做法，特别是在USCIS
采取行动之前。其实降级者早就应该自己去问一问USCIS，以确保自己不会被伤害。
