统统还清。
但是收到一家叫做Meadowbrook Financial Corp的信说可以提供
$60,000 Debt Consolidation Loan at 3.18%
我打电话过去问，他们说这个60K的credit line和3.18%的rate都是pre-approved，就
是只要我要就肯定有。
3.18%对于我来说是一个很低的rate，我的capital可以很容得到比这个高的yield。所
以如果这个offer是真的话，我很想跟他们借这这个loan。
但是觉得3.18%的rate有点too good to be true。房屋贷款那种有secured loan的rate
也就是3%左右。如果我自己去银行借unsecured personal loan，利率应该是8%以上。
这家公司怎么可能以3%这么低的利率借给我unsecured loan？
这里面有没有什么scam啊？ |

我点了这个链接，看着地址栏转了几个链接之后到了一个cremali.org. 页面显示的
American express的图标，以及serve的登陆信息，要求填用户名和密码。看着像那么
回事。我上网也搜不到这个号码和网址，然后我点页面里的contact us和feedback全部
无效。于是我填了一堆问候他全家的信息，点了登陆，然后没有提示任何错误，直接把
我转连到了真正Serve的网站。
种种迹象让我觉得像是scam。不管是不是，大家如果收到这样的短信还是小心一点，别
登陆，不放心就跟客服打个电话。 |

I received a call which sounds very fishy. They claimed they were Illinois
IRS and told me that I owed a balance of more than $900 for tax year 2009.
They also said this would be my last chance to pay otherwise I would be on
collection. Before this call I received none formal mails addressing such
issues, and that's why it sounds weird to me. (We did move to other places,
but requested mail forwarding).
