Financial savvy包括的知识面很广，不是你讲的口里能说出一些金融产品就算得上的。
拿基金经理作为对比也不是一个好的尺度，比如说大陆的基金经理大多知识储备都不
足，这个圈内人都知道，半数基金经理从业时间才三五年，和欧美动辄二十年不可同日
而语。
迷债一事我已经说得再清楚不过，银行销售过程中不违规，客户自己负担责任，违规
在先就应该银行负责。而且数据已经摆在那里，买迷债的大部分人的资产只是200万左
右，距离定义的accredited investor差距巨大，而且大部分人没有读过大学，大部分
人是老人。
有一点我觉得，就是银行赔到那个程度也算可以了。后面这些人闹，就迷债本事闹已
经没多大必要，但提醒后人清醒投资的作用是在那里的。
另外，你给解释解释为什么香港证监会允许销售在欧美都不允许销售的产品？持
欧美护照的不允许购买？香港人大陆人比欧美人更聪明？
还有为什么DB去年类似的操纵市场，在香港就不了了之，在韩国就受到重罚？ |

他是GSU的B.S./MBA. 30岁左右. 思维敏捷. 会找DEAL. 做起CMA(comparative market
analysis)很到位(有一个很detail的report,不像有个agent就口头跟我说一下,大概这
个房子什么价钱比较合适). 对卖家背景调查做地不错(比如之前什么人住这,为什么搬
走了,equity有多少,之前有没有offer多少,sales records, 从seller agent那里套来
的话),最大的优点可以归纳为:
1) computer savvy. 他很会玩computer. 自己的search engine做的不错,每天自动往
你email里寄符合你需求的listing. 很多女agent根本不set up类似的东西 |

是分析市场需求、推测消费者下一季度需要什么产品，那是市场上其他笨笨公司做的事
，乔布斯和苹果在制造消费者的需求，他们设计出一个产品，然后告诉苹果粉丝，下一
季你们若是想继续保持“酷”保持“炫”的形象，就需要买我这个产品。至于这个产品
里的技术是不是完全由苹果所开创，那完全不重要，甚至是应该避免的，因为苹果犯不
着冒市场风险去推行新科技。他只需要把前人已有、已试验过的技术挑捡一番，拼凑在
一起就行了。所以你看无论在外面还是这个论坛上，懂电脑的大多数人都看不起苹果的
