「基督差遣我…乃是为传福音；并不用智慧的言语，免得基督的十字架落了空。因
为十字架的道理，在那灭亡的人为愚拙，在我们得救的人，却为神的大能。」（林前1：
17-18）
关于「主基督在十字架上，为自己的百姓付出赎价，作成了救赎」此基要真理，对
坚持所谓「无限救赎：主基督在十架上，为全人类每一人付出赎价」的人而言，是不能
接受的。对那些认为不需要持守「特定救赎」的人而言，此课题不需讨论，因为会引起
纷争，所以将之视为不同神学立场，即所谓「加尔文派与亚米念派之争」。所以一般人
主张双方互相接纳，以维持合一。
然而，J.I.Packer巴刻认为亚米念派的「普遍救赎论」是违反圣经，摧毁福音的。
他在『蒙祂的宝血救赎Saved by His Precious Blood』文中，清楚表示：今日福音派最
紧急任务之一，就是归回圣经「特定救赎」的真理，如此才能恢复纯正的福音。也许有

no difference to you.
Your future depends on what you choose to believe, not what I believe. I can
point you to Jesus Christ the Savior and you can choose to turn away and
curse me. The curse does me no harm, but you shall think about why you are
so upset about the Christian belief.

Is There A Bias At Work?
If God intends that all mankind seek Him, and if He must be sought before He
is found, then we can only conclude that those who have not yet found God a
nd thus are not yet regenerated are capable of a genuine seeking after God a
s he draws all men unto Him (John 12:32). Calvinism's conclusion, that man m
ust be regenerated before he can believe or even seek God, is contrary to th

maybe from his passionate followers)?
Whatever theology you subscribes to (none is perfect since they are human's best attempt to reasoning God), it always comes down to your personal relation with God.

That said, you haven't answer my question -- given that you have heard the
gospel and read the Bible, would you hold yourself or God responsible for
not accepting Jesus Christ as your savior yet?
Regardless how Clavinists (or other theologists) put it, it always comes
down to a personal question that only concerns you and God. If you truely
concernabout "all mankind", let's start with yourself first.

knowing that their beloved one is rested in the arm of the Lord in peace.
May the Lord console and heal the survived, and guide their life on earth.

After a long and serious search, I found validation to what I believe is
true. I live the gospel, as best I can, and I recieve constant blessings. I

neighbor, an elderly artist frustrated by his inability to paint what is in
