凯悦酒店。想省一些银子，听人说starkville有火车和灰狗，特在此求助，因灰狗官网
我看了，似乎没有starkville的站点（也有说在taste of china边上有个灰狗的站）。
灰狗是便宜的出行方式，但是我不知道它是否安全和快捷。有了解的同学给讲一下吗？ |

圄的张连德先生。
这个监狱在佐治亚州东海岸的Savannah市的西北角上。名字是Coastal State Prison/
海岸线州监狱。在Google Maps和google search上都能看到相关的资料和图片，不保
密。
凡是要探监，必须要事先申请，取得监狱管理当局的许可。这个申请只有在每年的11月
才能接受。而且必须由张先生首先向当局提供出，希望去探视他的人的名单。申请人必
须要在这个名单里。我们申请了，第一次没有被批准，再补充再申请，凡三次才成功。
进入这所监狱，首先要登记。这个登记室就是一个单零独立的小屋。
探视者不能穿白衬衫，必须穿长裤，不能戴墨镜，不能带手机，不能。。。不能。。。
不能的事项有近二十项；开门见山地贴在登记室的窗口边。我向他们索要一张“不能/

东线走，我们对吃不感兴趣，可以走到哪里吃到哪里不会把时间用在找餐馆上，对自然
风光很感兴趣。
Day1：从MD开到Savannah，GA（12.20）
Day2：在Savannah睡到自然醒，逛3小时左右，下午从savannah往FL走，想问一下从
Savannah往FL开5－6小时左右有没有可以推荐的小城待一下，要求治安好价格便宜即可
。有点特色就更好了：）我在google上查了一下palm beach左右距离比较合适。（12.

Day3：慢慢开边开边逛到Marathon，在那里住两天，看海滩，不玩水上项目，就是想看
热带海滩。圣诞节就不想去key west住了，而且如果两天的话可以抽一整天在key west
玩。想问一下在岛链上有没有什么比较好的，还不是那么有名的海滩。人太多的地方没

無論是Bengal or Savannah， 都是家貓和野貓混出來的，Bengal混的是亞洲豹貓的血
， Savannah混的是非洲草原貓serval的血。因為是混血，野性很大，至少需要第4代才
可以做寵物。但即便是第4代，也不是新手可以handle的，尤其是savannah，體型更大
，跳得更高更強，需要更多活動范圍。 我覺得老宋那兩隻GSD打不過savannah，如果他
真敢養，哈哈哈哈 |

我上学的时候去过次Savannah，只记得逛街，沙滩和吃buffet了。。。这次飞过去先在
Savannah住几天，把你列的这些地方和Charleston看看再北上DC住几天，然后去NY，住
的三个城市不算，路上开一个星期
我有点想去大烟山，顺便开开tail of the dragon，但是查了一下从Savannah开过去居
然要六七个小时，不算顺路，这样一个地方就要三天了。

想安排的太紧张，基本上只能逛Orlando周边了
Day 1：Atlanta->Orlando,7个多小时的车程，估计全部是开车了，晚上住在Orlando
Day 2: Orlando Disney. 去哪一个公园还没有想好，大家有什么适合国内年纪比较大
，又不会说英文的老人的推荐吗？
Day 3: Universal Studio.大家觉得这个适合带父母去吗？因为要在Atlanta看水族馆
，所以不太想去Sea World.
Day 4: Kennedy Space Center, 如果还有时间的话，打算去daytona beach看看，晚上
就住在附近
Day 5: St. Augustine, Savannah.不知道这两个地方一般需要多少时间，一天内看两
个会不会时间紧张
Day 6: Savannah->Charleston, 如果逛过Savannah，Charleston还值得看吗？
Day 7: Charleston->Williamsburg, 又是七个小时车程，什么都做不了

我觉得就beach fun来说，肯定没有墨西哥湾那里好玩。
沙滩和海水颜色都不如墨西哥湾的海滩好看。
我上次去savannah, 没有去HILTON HEAD，去了tybee island,对那里的海滩没什么特别
的印象，人气也没有我玩过的panama city, Pansacola，Orange beach之类的旺。
不过，那里可以顺便游览一下savannah的古迹，这个墨西哥湾的海滩就望尘莫及了。 |

年票的话，都够我买一个SC的证加SC State Park年票了。SC有各种地点可以钓鱼，
Fishing pier一个就远远超过Savannah所有的，还不说更长的海岸线和大量的boat
ramp。在Savannah没船基本没啥地方能下钩，我在SC那边经常看到Savannah的人。 |

发帖数: 123 | 39 今年3月17日的首马因为盲目乐观（首马前一周的半马居然PR到1：28：51，安排时间不
当！鸡血过早！）。加上LONG RUN不够，对20 mile之后的困难准备不足。结果在20
mile之后就腿抽筋，最后3：20：27收场，冲击BQ失败。
受到我们队长的鼓励，和队长，教头和另一个队友（高卢兄）四个人一起报了11/9/
2013的Savannah Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon.除了教头有Sub 3的实力，稳稳BQ，其他3
人都要使劲冲才行，相约同行Boston。
歇了好一阵，到了7月初，才开始正式训练，跟的基本上是队长提供的18周AM55的后面
15周。其实首马前也跟的同样的PLAN，但是因为LONG RUN（20）只有两个，严重不足，
导致功亏一篑。最开始训练，因为停跑时间太长，结果9分的PACE跑得都很吃力。慢慢
坚持了两三周，才逐渐恢复了，能跑到8分内。几周40MILE的量下来，备战2013 Blue
Ridge Relay又稍稍地减了点量。BRR和队友们都跑得很HIGH，总成绩比去年提高近1个
小时。和高卢兄约定一起跑周末的LONG RUN.

普通家猫和asian leopard cat杂交出来第一代的bengal cat，生出来的公母里边其中
一个不能生育，不记得是哪个了，就拿公的做例吧，拿第一代母bengal再跟公asian
leopard cat（还是公家猫，忘了）配，有些就能生育，产生第二代bengal，拿第二代
能生育的再继续往下配。。。浅浅的生育能力就越来越强，就产生新品种了。。。
