象downspout, foundation drain, window well, area drain, 这都应该连接雨水管道
。
sump pump 也应当接雨水管道或者地表排放。 如果连接接sanitary sewer (譬如接到
clean out 上）就是illicit connection。 楼主这个应该没接错，不然sewer service

主要还是要靠卫生填埋(Sanitary landfill)，日本地少而且贵，当然
焚烧就多一些，而且焚烧技术确实也是最发达的。有没有前途要看愿
意出多少钱，还要看垃圾的成份。八十年代的时候国内垃圾在大多数
地区的情况是可燃性很差，焚烧就根本不可行，只有深圳这种地方有
焚烧试验。
废水排放管理也是和日本的资源匮乏有关，更和日本历史上出的多次
污染事故有关，比如水俣病，痛痛病，还有米糠油事件，这些都是世界
