什么牌子好？俺也不晓得，基本上感觉差不多，主要是种类区别了。
你说的奶酪汤啊，这个可以自己搜索recipe然后对照着买，基本上sharp就是texture比
较硬，味道更浓郁，complex，就是发酵的时间很长，比起mild。
老美都用孢子包块状的cheese，也有袋装的，可能食量大的就会买块状的，相对块状的
，同种类的应该没区别，但是块状的供应种类非常多，你可以看到袋装的一般就几种，
片状的都是sandwich cheese。 |

对我个人来说，确实稍微有些不方便，美国回民朵斯提比例太少，统共约占总人口比例
的0.4%，大概120万人，都不及中国的1%比例，这里所说的回民是指来自全世界各个角
落的MUSLIM朵斯提。美国回民一般来说像在移民多样化的地区分布较多，以东北部大城
市群为最多，比如华盛顿-纽约-费城-新泽西-波士顿一带最多，其次是芝加哥 洛杉矶
达拉斯 休斯敦这些大城市，在这种大城市或者全美前30大左右的城市都能找到至少5间
以上的地道回民饭店（这里的回民饭店是广义，主要是中东阿拉伯及印巴移民经营的）
，口味自然也是类似于新疆风味，以香辛料，咖喱等等为主，结合西餐样式，比方
BURGER, SANDWICH, KEBAB, WRAP 甚至PIZZA，只不过选肉都是清真的牛羊鸡肉。如果
生活在小城镇，很抱歉回民口味的饭店基本很难找到，最多有1-2间回民GROCERY就不错

sandwich店，要了gluten free的面包，发现居然是玉米做的！质感特别好！比普通面

Artisan bread追求的就是这个劲道了。
一般来说想要形成大孔，需要gluten高的flour，就是bread flour，尽量减少fat和
sugar，甚至不加任何的fat和sugar，需要长时间发酵，一般的做法是用一个old dough
，在发酵过程中减少yeast量，拉长发酵时间。不少人是将dough放在fridge里过夜或者
过几夜，拿出来放置常温，就可以以一般方式整形进oven了。
东亚人（中日韩）大多不习惯gluten高的面食，更习惯像中国馒头一样的均匀细嫩的口
感。更接近于cake。美国的所谓sandwich bread就很接近这个口感，采用的法子是加多
fat和sugar，加鸡蛋。通常store－bought的sandwich bread里面采用的是大量添加
dough conditioner。你看日本店铺里卖的bread也好cake也好，外形均匀透彻，是因为
日本的食品化学发达，也就是添加剂加的恰当好处。

中午主食一般是pasta, 面条，sandwich, mac&cheese, 偶尔带饭团，小馄饨。这个最
多10分钟，一般就是水煮一下。mac&cheese trade joes 冷冻的，微波炉3分钟就好。
sandwich 3分钟肯定也做好了。
另外蔬菜一般是黄瓜，西红柿，芹菜，生的，洗一下就好。或者各种颜色的花菜，水煮
一下。
另外带一个cheese,和水果（一般3-4种），不带cheese 的时候放一个酸奶。
我家的特爱吃肉，不爱吃菜。所以中午基本不带肉，只带蔬菜。
她每天中午都吃的很干净。
我从7个月就开始给她带饭了。 |

would be ok to be stored in the lunch bag (which is from Medela breast pump
for keeping the milk). But yes, if anything is left, it doesn't look good
when we're all back home in the afternoon.
After all good suggestions here, for sandwich, I use peanut butter. Now I
started to try some bean paste, similar to hummus. Sometime I change the
sandwich to cakes (for eggs). |

我家基本带的是热的, 中式的有饭，面条或者馒头加菜,饺子。
孩子吃不完让带回来，好知道中午吃了什么吃了多少,然后根据情况晚上补充.
副食带多了肯定先吃爱吃的.不过如果孩子不爱吃中午带的蔬菜，吃点水果也不错。晚
上再吃菜.
三明治除非是孩子爱吃,否则你给她带的目的是什么呢?
我家娃爱吃turckey sandwich， peanut butter sandwich 其他都不吃的.
你孩子要是也有喜欢的口味也可以带啊，关键是要带她喜欢的,然后威逼利诱让她吃一
