，都会很棒，因为cheese融化后非常香！！！
ls 那个cheese sandwich热量不高，两片全麦面包200卡，一片sandwich cheddar
cheese 50卡，总过是250卡左右，需要补充些其它东西才能吃饱。
toast的话面包会脆点，现在我喜欢用最最简单的方法吃到我最爱的早餐，把cheese
sandwich放微波炉里，20秒，面包软软的cheese全部融化，一口下去美死了，根本不用
花任何时间！
cheese的吃法太多了，主要是太多种cheese了，做pasta，例如最爱的cheese macro，
lasagna
做披萨，或者改良版的披萨，ricotta cheese可以做 很多甜品填料，非常棒，cream
cheese夹面包里吃，还有做salad里面可以放点cottage cheese
不过，我是不能每天吃太多cheese，长期不习惯，消化不好
这个lz可以google recipe，成千上万，去餐馆吃饭多留心就会发现cheese无处不在啊 |

想想就知道，就算每顿在外边吃，单个人一年也最多吃5，600家饭店，这里面选出100

的贵，一般一个普通sandwich要9块，连爆米花都要4块呢。量少又难吃，所以我是向大
家介绍省钱的办法，大款和花钱潇洒的筒子可跳过这段。
我们这次自带干粮，吃得相当的好，还省了不少银子。我们提前一天在当地的grocery
store里买了面包，切片火腿，碎生菜，cheese等作sandwich的原料，装在backpack里
面，午饭时在公园内的餐桌椅上自制sandwich，这样其实多花不了多少时间，反正也是
坐着休息嘛。我们自制的sandwich原料新鲜，口味自选，量又足，不必买的差呢。晚饭
呢，当然不能还吃冷的，这次是disney公园里著名的烤火鸡腿，10刀一个。不过只吃肉
可受不了。我们掏出事先带好的pita饼，把撕下来的肉夹在饼里吃，在加上sandwich剩
下的原料，sauce, 味道很不错。这里顺便提一下买火鸡腿的地点，我留意了一下，在

又是周末了，小九跟老板meeting到很晚才回家，一路急冲冲地。因为小黑皮今天交图
，前两天一直没日没夜地画图，小九已经吃了好几天的sandwich吃得要吐了，小黑皮说
今天晚上给她做好吃的。
可是远远地看见家里连灯都没有开，都8点半了，小黑皮为啥还没回家呢？小黑皮的人
生其实不比小九复杂多少，除了画图，玩游戏跟做饭，就是拨弄他的吉它了，从小九认
识他开始，还没见他出去dating过呢。
小九踱进厨房，锅冷灶凉的，就听得客厅里telen爬爬爬的沙沙声。于是只好打开冰箱
决定自力更生弄点吃的，翻了半天，发现也就能做sandwich了……其实sandwich这种东
西，是一等一的easy物事，只需两片面包，一片生菜，放几片ham，几片黄瓜跟番茄，

娃现在9点多到校，11点半12点的样子吃午饭。
我目前是把饭菜放在普通小饭盒里，早晨拿给老师放微波炉旁边，这样中午她们会记得
帮忙热。
但是他们市内温度很高，打了暖气，小孩都穿单层那样。
我的饭菜经常是剩的，从冰箱拿出来的，然后就那么在室内放着，总觉得不够卫生。
我也想过放午餐袋，放冰袋，放走廊的架子上，大部分别的孩子也这样的，但是我娃还
没学会跟老师讲要热饭，他爸爸送时忘了这么做，娃中午的饭只碰了一点就都带回来了
，最爱吃的排骨也没动，凉的确实没法吃啊。我也在教，可是教会之前不能让娃饿肚子
啊。
其他孩子有人就带三明治和饼干，有人是保温盒。
我给娃买过一个桶装的保温盒，从里面掏东西着实费事。现在有点想买那个日本的两截
的保温盒，家里有俩大人的了，给娃买个小的，虽然贵点也咬牙了。
说是可以保温6小时，我想早晨把盒子用开水烫过，然后放了没动过的微波加热的冷菜

party”. 直到三岁生日前三个星期的一个周末， 他开始再一次念叨时，我决定给他办
生日派对了。因为是第一次办，很多地方都是摸着石头过河，感谢网上的妈妈们的分享。
地方：
一个周六，去考察了三个地方，包括网上推荐的Pump it up, Chuck n Cheese 及本地
的一个公园。考察结果：
Pump it up 更适合三岁多甚至四岁以上的小朋友，如果是第一次不会玩，两岁多的很
多会有点害怕。九九自己还是很喜欢的。我们以前在这里参加过生日派对，感觉90分钟
很赶，工作人员不停的push进入下个环节，因为下面还要一家排在后面等着用场地。

吃。现在这个学校是带饭。
第一天带的炒饭没吃几口就带回家了，把所有的水果/酸奶/snack都吃了。我们批评了
她。
第二天带的sandwich也是一口没动，把水果和巧克力奶喝了。我们又批评了她，下午回
家让她把sandwich吃掉了。
第三天换了一种sandwich，说好了不给她带水果了，换成胡萝卜,Cheese，和酸奶。下
午接了孩子她就说我把带的饭全吃光了。我立刻问她有没有扔掉食物，她盯着我说"I
don't know", 再问她，还是“I don't know”（我心说也没给她看过红岩啊？）。我
说你一定丢掉食物了，她终于承认了，说自己吃了胡萝卜和cheese。我说你把sandwich
全扔了，她说有咬了一口以后才扔掉的。
然后看见我车里有一块pie(中午从公司餐厅买的），问我说这块pie是给乖乖的孩子吃
的么，妞妞坐车里乖乖的，能不能吃啊。我说这是给好好吃午饭的孩子下午的snack，
不好好吃午饭的不deserve snack。她就开始大哭，说你要跟妈妈一起分掉这块派不给

ＲＥＢＡＴＥ 有很多种的， 不同的州有时候要求不同， 有些州的法律规定啤酒
公司规定这种ＲＥＢＡＴＥ不能要求人家买酒， 有些州又允许， 而有些州压根儿就
不许做这种ＲＥＢＡＴＥ， 比如德州从来就是被岐视的地方．

以搞好几百。我所列出的只是其中的一部份，很多我自己都不全的form就不一一列了，
