mu = 2.9
sample1 = {1,2,3,4,5}
sample2 = {1,2,3,4,5, ... 1,2,3,4,5} 有210个1,2,3,4,5的数列。
sample1和sample2 算下来的pvalue 差异太大。 第一个接近1，第二个0.02
但是如果分布为止，我觉得这个p-value跟sample 的大小关系很密切，所以好像意义不

I am sure that the precipition was caused by potassium ions which complex with
SDS and become insoluble. You should remove potassium ions from your SDS
extraction solution by using sodium salt.
I do think your protein concentration is too high because I even used much
higher protein concentration for my protein 2d electrophoresis. But for
SDS-PAGE, you can not load too much protein even with a concentrated sample.
You still have to dilute your sample. I usually load 20-30 ug for my |

sample负载的电阻正常情况下挺大的，大概20Mohm。但是它是polymer材料，所以不小
心的话会高压击穿，然后sample 电阻就变成1Kohm左右了，甚至跟小些。 |

so important. Take it easy. Find whatever one book about it and practice a
little bit, that should be OK. Do not spend too much time on it if you are
running out of time.
There is one argument, and I personally belive it, why the admission committe
will not pay much attention on the writing sample. After around 3 hours
intense reading and reasoning during the LSAT, you are not supposed to do a
good job within 30 min. |

平时写paper描述实验过程的时候主要用被动态.比如xxx was measured by xxx, xxx was fabricated in xxx. 但是我看一些法律写作的书籍说legal writing用主动态比较 好. 可是这样一来writing sample里描述实验过程的话就会用很多"We 怎么怎么样"的 句式,感觉挺奇怪的.请问这样是正常的吗?这些技术上的描述用主动态好还是被动态好? 谢谢! |

sample 虽然是给lawyer们看的，但此"legal writing" 非彼legal writing. 主动语态
想掉是谁做的，被动语态强调怎么做的。我个人认为tech writing 根本上还是
scientific writing，强调怎么做，楼主可以去搜一些 US patent 读一读.当然，最确
切的答案还是case by case的，如果楼主的writing sample里某一句话就是想强调“我
”做了什么什么，那就还是要用主动语态了。
